I was seeking care for a potentially serious, time-sensitive health concern, which made their unreliable scheduling and lack of follow-through especially unacceptable. This office is poorly managed and careless with patients' time. Canceling an appointment I had waited a month for was bad enough, but telling me I had been rescheduled when I had not been was completely unacceptable. She's always informing us of the vaccine schedule and what the next steps are for a growing baby. She spends her time w/ us never making us feel rushed or annoyed for asking questions. I think what sets her apart from other pediatricians is her care for the parents too, asking us how we were adjusting to another baby in the family & how the sibling is adjusting as well. If they could be more proactive about booking the next appointment upon parents walking out the door, this would be really helpful. Sometimes we forget about our next appointment, and then when we call back it is difficult to book as slots get filled up fast. Another area that I would really appreciate would be the time management. The wait time I've had averaged about 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time.
