Patients have the right to decline being weighed, but this practice has surprise attack exam tables that weigh you without your consent.

If they could be more proactive about booking the next appointment upon parents walking out the door, this would be really helpful. Sometimes we forget about our next appointment, and then when we call back it is difficult to book as slots get filled up fast. Another area that I would really appreciate would be the time management. The wait time I've had averaged about 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time. And sometimes with a fussy baby or a cranky toddler, I run out of resources for entertainment!
