This clinic is a joke, don't waste your time, go somewhere else. I uploaded all pertaining papers including insurance cars about one week before, the next day I received an email asking me to upload insurance info again, I had to do it immediately in order to keep the appointment. The day before appointment I was asked to confirm it which I did it. When I arrived at this clinic, the young kid at the front asked me for insurance cards again for the 3rd time; And then he said the clinic does not accept Medicare without supplemental insurance, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard; For 31 years I have been working in medical industry, never have I heard anything of such. I took the day off from work in order to come here for this initial appointment, what a waste of time and effort. I am sure this doctor is as dumb as this kid working in the front. I've been seeing Dr Ho for about 3 months to get control over my allergies. She tested me and turns out I'm allergic to many things in LA area. I just finished my cluster shots and am seeing a huge difference. Sleep, exercise, everything is better. read more

Went here to get an allergy test few weeks ago. They took me right away which was nice but also suspicious. Did an allergy test on me which only took 30-45 min. Co-pay was $35 and that was it. I got billed $1600 few weeks later!!!. I have insurance so I was billed $467 but that is still ABSURD. When I got tested, Dr. Ho said the tests aren't super accurate. So basically, I got charged $1600 for them to say it might be these following items but it's not 100%. I am still bloated everyday and still not feeling my best. I called my insurance and they said oh it's $1875 but on the bill it says $1600. Either way, this is crazy. What if I didn't have insurance and then what? I'll be out of $1875? As a doctor knowing that these tests cost serious dollars, it is very important to disclose how much it will cost. I feel like this is the standard in the medical field and everywhere else. It's common sense. I've had allergy issues for years. It's disheartening and I feel conned by this practice and Dr. Ho for not even figuring out exactly what I am allergic to and charging me $1875. On top of all this, you can't even park for free. The parking guy huddled so closely to my car (during the pandemic we're speaking) demanding I pay $2 for 30 min. I moved my car to the street, literally right across the street for street parking for FREE. I will NEVER EVER go here or use anything that is associated to this building or company. NEVERTHELESS, Dr. Ho called me apologized for not disclosing how much it will cost and etc. Told me she will look at it and never heard from her again. Shows exactly once again how much she and her practice does not care and they're just after your money. DO NOT GO TO HER AT ALL. read more

This office has been a game changer for me. I really have suffered greatly with allergies my entire life and am so very glad I found this place. I have learned so much about my allergy triggers and how to treat them. Easy to book online, friendly staff, great doctor. There is a lot of street parking since it's a residential area. Dr. Sandra Ho is an exceptional physician. I have a skin condition that I am sure was allergy related. Dr. Ho tested me and my results are very insightful. Had I not gone to Dr. Ho I wouldn't have realized that there are additional things to which I am allergic. Dr. Ho reassured me my condition was not uncommon which made me feel so relieved. Dr. Ho is is a kind and explained all the questions I had. I look forward to continuing visits with Dr. Ho as I am confident she will indeed help my body resolve my allergies. Dr. Ho is an extremely knowledgable and kind doctor. I have felt nothing but the best care since I met her and am very happy with my experience. I've been her patient for a while and am now receive my shots once every 2-3 weeks. The kindness and ease with which she helps me negotiate the complex allergies I sadly have has made everything form hay fever to food allergies more clear, less problematic and my most severe symptoms are gone. I highly recommend Dr. Sandra A. Ho for an allergist!!! I was nervous about going in for allergy testing - I dread seeing doctors and was worried about the testing! Her office staff and nurse Ana were very nice, patient, and understanding and made me feel comfortable. It was nothing to worry about at all. It was painless and quick. I'm so glad I went in for testing because now I know exactly what I'm allergic to, what I should avoid, and what I should have treated. Dr. Sandra A. Dr. Ho is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Very understanding. Listens and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend her. They also have a very good and communicable billing department especially Nicole. They tell you exactly what you are paying for and what the insurance will pay for, and they know the process of dealing with insurance. Super helpful! read more

I saw Dr. Ho last week because I had been coughing and wheezing for a few weeks. My brother who is a patient at this office recommended I see his doctor. Even though it's quite a drive, I was feeling so terrible that I bit the bullet and made the appointment. The office staff was friendly and professional and I was in a room within minutes of arriving. Dr. Ho did breathing tests on me, got to know my history and examined me. She gave me a breathing treatment and I felt better right away! She also prescribed me some medications and now feel basically back to normal. I'm so glad I came to see this doctor. I visited Dr. Ho based on favorable reviews from fellow allergy sufferers and it couldn't have been a more positive experience! Right from the start, the staff were organized and welcoming. I have encountered other medical offices that seem indifferent but this office was warm and efficient in their manner. The process of testing was not painful as I had imagined it would be.....probably because Dr. Ho's assistant, Ana, put me at ease with the process. When it came down to analyzing the outcome of the tests, Dr. Ho took my husband and me into her office and explained everything in a knowledgeable and thorough manner. I appreciated this because my husband will be on board with all aspects of our treatment options. Dr. Sandra Ho is the best in her field. I had severe seasonal allergies and had suspicion about being allergic to certain foods. She is incredibly patient and knowledgable and listens to you. She explained the whole process of being tested for food allergies to me and really put me at ease about it. She spent a lot of time with me afterwards explaining the results and even printed out some useful information on ways to help deal with food allergies and environmental allergies. She is caring, knowledgable, and goes the extra mile for her patients. I don't live that close to her office but it's worth the drive for me. She really is the best. I couldn't recommend her more to others dealing with allergies as I have. read more

Most people hate going to the dentist... Me, allergists would normally put me off. But... Dr. Ho was great! Really! On time, asked questions, listened to concerns and worries.
