She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. I got a manicure from Miss Hannah (please excuse my spelling if it's incorrect) and she did a wonderful job! She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfectly, and she didn't leave me with a bunch of cuts around my cuticles like other nail salons have done in the past. I didn't have an appointment I just walked in around 2 pm on a Saturday and was seated quickly and the nail tech was already there ready to go! They offer complementary drinks and have lots of tv's to occupy your time. My nail tech was very nice and professional and I could tell she had been doing this a long time! No complaints , will definitely return and maybe try doing my nails as well next time!

I wanted duck nail white tip, I showed the picture I wanted and asked from the very beginning how much the nails would be. They never gave me an answer and I asked about 4 times, the lady came to get me and proceeded to sit me and put nails on me that were not duck tip and still hadn't told me the price for the short nails I wanted. So now I'm frustrated because now I'm asking her if she's going to be able to make them look like duck nails? she ignores me then takes the nails off and finally finds the duck tip. Well the man from the front finally comes around to let me know how much my nails would be, which were at $105 for small white tip duck nails & 2 fingers with a palm tree. I said oh no thank you I will do just the French tip with no design, they said $85 but with the discount they had going on, it would come out to it being $75 and I was like okay thats fine I'll do that. I felt the lady frustrated with me already, because I'm asking for her to make my nails shorter and she just wouldn't go shorter. I'm guessing she was trying to keep the price high I'm really not sure but I like short nails so just do them short, right? She finally starts making them shorter like I asked but also starts filing the side of the nail, which is taking away the duck nail form. So I know now she's being petty with me for simply asking for what I want on the nails I'm paying for. I'm like okay I'm done with this just take my nails off because she clearly wasn't getting what I wanted. I was going to give her $20 for wasting her time/nail tips. She took it upon herself to grab my hands roughly and slapped one of my hands and made a smart comment like "calm down girl it's okay" puts it into a little bucket with acetone to remove the tips I'd imagine. She takes off the "product/nail tip" but she ends up leaving my hands looking worse than what they already looked. I don't think it's fair to be treated such way when I was going in to come back out feeling pretty, instead I came out crying because I felt like shrek with these hands. From the ambiance to the complimentary drinks (wine, soda, water) you can definitely tell that they put thought into each experience. For this specific experience, I went for a gel pedicure to prep for vacation they have a new updated system where you can actually place your order of service at a kiosk and then take it up to the counter to be seated! It was simple and easy! Not only that, but my two other people I was with were running a bit behind from our original appt time. And while I was worried for a moment they would cancel our appt, they didn't rush us at all! Overall a great experience, the only downside for me is the distance it is from central Dallas! Haha! Customer service was pretty decent but the actual service and quality was whatever is below sub par. I got the Classic Spa Pedicure and I would hardly call it a pedicure. What I experienced was cuticle cleaning and probably a 10-second foot scrub. I am not sure where the "Callus care" came into effect. I walked out with shiny toes and less than soft feet. I didn't know it was possible to fumble a pedicure so epically. Lessons were learned.

Holly was verbally aggressive, yelling, and posturing after being told that she wasn't listening to…read moremy concerns. Tracy had to step in to address my issue due to Holly's behavior. I went to this nail salon for the first time on 3/14 for a manicure w/ acrylic powder and pedicure. Service was great! On 3/20 the dip came off one nail and was rising on 3 other nails. I called the shop and was told to come in to get them fixed. I get there and explain the situation. Holly is insisting that I find the exact color to fix my nails. I can't find it so she finds one that is similar. I told her that I didn't want "mix match" nails and suggested changing the color. Holly then says that I can get a $5 discount if I change the color. I told her that I would not be paying because it has been less than 7 days since I got my nails done. She fixes the one nail and I asked her about the other three. Holly becomes visibly upset after I stated that she wasn't listening to me when I explained the issue. She then gets loud, stands up, and raises her voice. Keep in mind, other customers were receiving services. I addressed her and stated that she would not speak to me in that manner and to lower her voice. She continues and then Tracy intervenes to take me to her station. While sitting there I ask for Holly's name because I didn't know it at the time. Holly is sitting behind me and yells "you gone write about me on Facebook" and storms to the back after being told that she will respect me. I did not yell, curse, or call her out of her name during this back and forth. I asked for a manager and was told that I had to speak with Holly. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told that no one could call them. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment
