I was a loyal customer to a salon across the parking lot from this one for 5 years before I finally had enough of their nonsense with keeping appointments, so I had to find a new spot and stumbled on this one. I'm very glad I did! The inside is insanely cute and clean. The owners definitely love purple, because that's the theme (and flowers), and the decor is just beyond adorable. I've made appointments with ease both times I've came so far and haven't had to wait too long upon arrival to get my services started. For gel mani + regular pedi I think I've paid around 65 both times? So very good pricing! My gel mani has lasted over 3 weeks both times with 0 chips (and with glitter polish no less!). All the employees are super nice. They have a really good selection of gel polish. Their massage chairs actually work and are some of the best I've ever sat in at a nail salon. zero stars!!!! absolutely furious. absolutely outraged. absolutely disgusted. my sweet, respectful, polite, shy young daughter went into this salon expecting a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment. instead, she was completely ignored, bulldozed, pressured, overcharged, and treated with a shocking level of disrespect. we called ahead and specifically made an appointment for dip nails with tips. we knew exactly what we wanted. we requested dip nails with tips multiple times. there was no confusion. after putting on the tips, the technician proceeded to apply gel x instead. we immediately spoke up and corrected her. not once. multiple times. we said dip nails. we called for dip nails. my daughter asked for dip nails. instead of listening to the paying customer, this woman looked us in the eyes with her beyond evil bad energy and argued with us and tried to tell us what we should want. she acted as if our opinion didn't matter and as if she had the right to override the service we specifically booked and were paying for. how dare you look us into the eyes with your beyond evil eyes,bad energy eyes and soul and ignore a customer's request over and over again? how dare you decide you know better than the person paying for the service? as if that wasn't enough, the technician also made my daughter's nails much longer than she asked for. my daughter specifically requested a shorter length, but her request was completely ignored. when we asked for them to be shortened, the technician refused. what makes this even more infuriating is that this happened to a sweet, shy, respectful young girl. her kindness was taken for weakness. her politeness was taken as permission to steamroll right over her. she was completely disregarded while an adult continued doing whatever she wanted. we should have walked out the second she ignored our requests. the only reason we stayed was because she had already glued the tips on my daughter's nails and we felt put in a position where we had no choice but to continue. looking back, i regret not getting up and leaving right then and there, even if the job wasn't finished. no customer should ever be made to feel trapped into a service they did not want simply because the technician decided to proceed against their wishes. we clearly stated what we wanted multiple times, yet our requests were completely dismissed. once the tips were already applied, it felt like the decision had been taken out of our hands. that is not how paying customers should be treated. then to add insult to injury, we were charged even more, $60 instead of the $50 we were told over the phone when we made the appointment for dip with tips! we were charged extra for a service we did not want, did not request, and tried to stop multiple times. and the part that makes me even angrier? we actually left a tip. we should not have. after being completely disrespected, overridden, violated, robbed, and ripped off, we still left a tip out of decency, a decency that was never shown to us in return. a nail appointment is supposed to be relaxing. it is supposed to be a treat. instead, this experience left us feeling violated, robbed, manipulated, and completely disrespected as paying customers. please do not spend your hard earned money here unless you want your requests ignored, your voice dismissed, violated, robbed, and your wallet emptied for services you never asked for. i have never been so angry after a nail appointment in my life. watching my sweet, respectful, polite, shy daughter be treated this way filled me with a level of rage that words can barely express. this was completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and absolutely disgraceful. shame on this salon. read more

We requested DIP WITH TIPS over the phone and then AGAIN when we arrived. When the technician started working, she put on the tips, so naturally we believed she was following our instructions. Then, when it was time to apply the color, she suddenly started doing GEL X instead! I immediately reminded her that we had requested DIP NAILS, not Gel X instead of listening to the paying customer, she argued with us and claimed dip nails wouldn't last. Since when does a technician get to decide what service a paying customer receives after the customer has already clearly stated what they want MULTIPLE TIMES? My daughter specifically wanted dip nails. She was excited about getting dip nails. She is shy and respectful. And the technician saw my sweet daughter's kindness as weakness and decided to completely steamroll over her wishes and the entire purpose of the appointment. Then she made the nails much longer than my daughter wanted. When my daughter sweetly and politely asked if they could be shortened, the technician REFUSED. How do you refuse a simple request from a paying customer, especially AFTER ALREADY IGNORING OUR ORIGINAL REQUEST FOR DIP NAILS? And then came the final slap in the face. We were quoted $50 over the phone for dip nails with tips when we made the appointment. Not only did they perform a service we NEVER requested, but they then charged us $60 for it. Let that sink in. We called ahead for a specific service. We requested that same service when we arrived. We corrected the technician when she started doing something different. We were ignored. We were given a service we did not want. We were charged MORE than the original quoted price. To make matters even worse, we STILL LEFT A TIP because we were trying to be kind and respectful. Looking back, I regret that completely because this was not service that deserved to be rewarded. Customers come to your business because they know what they want and are prepared to pay for it. I came here to take off my acrylic nails-- first time I've done it, not including having removed it myself once. And I feel like I should have just done it myself. The lady tried to sand it down but mostly just cut it off bit by bit which I felt like I could have done myself. I was trying to come out of there not having my nails super damaged but that wasn't the case. I've been going to Euphoria since close to when I moved to the area, so since a few years back. I had tried a few other nail salons before and ended up really liking the quality and service of Euphoria. It's why I keep coming back! I usually get gel or dip powder manicures with my natural nails and normal pedicures. All the nail techs who have serviced me are very meticulous, so my nails come out very uniform, even, and consistently perfect no matter who works on me. The customer service really stands out. The nail techs periodically check in throughout the process if everything is on track, for example checking that I'm okay with the nail length, shape, color, and design. They are so kind that I'm not afraid to voice my opinions (even though usually they are right on track). Because of the careful and meticulous work, my polish lasts for a good amount of time. I often bring fun design inspirations for my manicures, sometimes even asking for adjustments, and they always come though. It's easy to call and make an appointment in advance. Oftentimes I procrastinate and call day of, and they can manage to fit me in. Walk-ins are typically accommodated easily as well. I used to never be a consistent mani/pedi girl, but I've kind of been converted because the experience here has been so pleasant, therapeutic, and reliable. Getting some fresh new toes painted from Euphoria Nails & Spa - thanks again, Dalena! Previously, I would come here to get my legs waxed and so, I decided to get my pedicure done this time. Luckily, they had a spot available when I walked in around 2pm after coming back from my Cacao Ceremony Elite Perk. Euphoria Nails & Spa is in the same shopping plaza as VONS. They are sandwiched between a Tae Kwon Do Dojo and Oke Poke. Parking: Spacious large parking lot. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Face masks are worn by both patrons and employees. Hand sanitizers are available and social distancing practiced. Hand sanitizers are located at every station and nail tools are sanitized. The place itself is nicely decorated, friendly and relaxing. Euphoria Nails & Spa have quite a selection when it comes to various nail polishes and designs. You can also bring in your own picture designs and they'll try their best to either match it or put their own twist on it. Upon entrance, I was greeted by Dalena, who had me picked out my Gel Polishes - Hot Pink #61 and Pink Glitter #57. This time, I opted for a Glittery Hot Pink look since I'll save the Glittery Red and Yellow nails for Tet/Chinese New Year. Afterwards, Dalena met me at the spa chair. Service: Dalena was delightful to work with. She was kind and professional. Her work was gentle, thorough and meticulous. $43 Lovely Pedicure Treatment, which consisted of: 1. Spa Pedicure & Complimentary Water Bottle: The massage chair was large and comfortable while the kneading speed and intensity was perfect on my back and body. It even has two large side tables to place my phone on and cup holder to put my complimentary water bottle on. 2. Callus Removal, Toenails Cleaned Up and Painted: After my old polish was removed, Dalena applied the Callus Removal. This pedicure treatment had a choice of either the Sea Salt Scrub or Callus Removal (I opted for the latter) since I already used up the remainder of my body scrub at home. After five minutes of applying the Callus Removal, Dalena scrubbed my (ticklish) soles. She did a great job with it using both the regular pedicure scrubber and a gentler one afterwards. Dalena even recommended a paraffin treatment since my soles were really dried (which I will do next time). Afterwards, Dalena got down to cutting, shaping and filing. Her touch was gentle, though there were some moments where she might have pressed a little too hard with the cuticle pusher, but she genuinely apologized when I jerked back. My toes were feeling so clean and fresh, lol! She then applied about three coats of the Hot Pink first before applying a coat of the Pink Glitter (along with base and top coats). Afterwards, she went through all of my toe nails and snipped away any remaining cuticles. I thought it was interesting that she did it this way as opposed to getting it all in the beginning. However, it was actually smart this way since the excess nail polish touched the old cuticles and it was easy to remove instead of having to get a brush and touch up with nail polish remover. 3. Two Minute Massage and Warmed Steamed Towels: Dalena then applied both oil and lotion to my feet and legs. I enjoyed my massage. Dalena's massage pressure was light and my feet and legs feel nicely revived. She asked if I wanted anymore massages, but I politely declined since the cacao was still coursing through my body. If I was at Universal Studios or Disneyland the day before, I would have opted for a longer massage. After I got my sandals on, I met Dalena at the cashier station for payment. She then presented me with a stamp card for future visits. She thanked me again for coming and I was off my merry way. Super happy with my pedi- (will only go to Cassie at uni nail in Pasadena for my gel mani). Lynn quickly worked on my pedi, even though I showed up as a walk in. Clean sterile tools, which are necessities in every salon. I enjoyed the quiet nature during my pedi, which speaks volumes toward respect of customers for their own peace and calm. There are so many choices in LA County with nail salons, nearly every block & shopping center has at least 1, and I would definitely hold Euphoria nails to a higher quality and overall safe standard practices. From my experience, the cleanliness and safety measures at a salon are often indicative of the excellent mani or pedi that you'll receive, and this one checks all those boxes. Best to schedule; however, they seem to always have one nail technician available for walk-ins. I just moved to the area and needed to find a nail salon so I checked out this one. A week after I got a gel manicure, my finger started throbbing in serious pain, it was so tender that even touching it hurt. A few days after that and my finger has developed an infection. I had to go to the hospital to get on antibiotics because I'm pregnant and cannot risk any types of infections. They put all the used tools in a box that says "soiled" but I noticed they were also pulling tools out of that box, my guess is that they are not properly sanitizing. The pedicure was super expensive and I paid extra for callous removal and less than a week later, I already needed another pedicure. All they did was soak my feet without fully removing the callous that I paid to have done. I recently gave Euphoria nails another chance. I went in for a pedicure one day and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I was happy with the polish application and the massage was soothing. Since I enjoyed the pedi so much, I decided to give the mani service another shot. This time I got the basic gel mani and loved it! She did a beautiful job on the gel application, shaping, and cleaning of my nails. Something I really like about them now is that their towels are super soft! They feel like microfiber towels. I think this stands out from most nail places because usually towels are old and scratchy. The only thing I will note is that the place next door is kind of loud, you can hear them yelling throughout their class and they bang on the shared wall from time to time. So, if quiet and tranquility is something you're looking for I suggest looking up times when there's no class going on next door. Got my super long acrylic coffin shaped nails done here and honestly no lift on edges after 3.5 weeks! Which is what I usually use to peel off myself, I know bad but that's my life. Very impressed though. They did break off though which rarely happens to me so idk if bc it's been too long, I'm not used to this extra length, or did strenuous/traumatic stuff to my fingers on those last days. I also got a pedi which I enjoyed, got callous remover ($5) which I regret but she recommended and I trusted her: so total $25. Nice clean feetsies :). I love how she used gloves. I had a nasty scab on my leg and she didn't mind. With acrylic nails they don't do mani :( but it took long enough so it's ok. (Almost 2 hours total! They seemed quick but guess not, detail oriented though). It was supposed to be $23, then I got matte top coat and wish they told me beforehand that was an extra $5 too, not worth it bc I have it at home and that coat makes it not stay as nice for as long. I called for an appointment with a friend on the same day since it said they took walk ins but I wanted to make sure because of COVID-19 regulations. However, we came in at 5:30, our appointment time, and they made us wait an hour before they could actually get us seated and at that point did not get much of a consultation. My friend said the lady who did her nails said she can't get the color that she wanted because it would look flashy and unnatural, which was kind of an uneccessary comment but then she continued to paint her nails the wrong color and insisted despite my friend gently telling her "I would prefer this color instead" For mine, I only asked for clear painted acrylics and nothing else since they asked me to come back on the next day for the lady who can do nail art well. What was weird about this is that I got charged $48 for the same thing my friend asked for and she got charged $35. I would've been fine if I was notified about this prior since I want to support small local businesses like these.
