So I've been going to this place for years but will sadly no longer be doing so. Management has changed and the quality has dipped. The last few times I've been here I will let the threader know I'm trying to grow out my brows. She will nod and than proceed to thread my brows WAY too thin. She clearly has one way to do brows and personal requests aren't considered. Not to mention every time I come here I'm insulted lol from "your skin is very dry" to "you have a lot of chin hair (I don't)". There are a lot of other places that will listen to what you want and won't insult you in the hopes you will buy more of their products. I was in the area, visiting my family and decided to come here. I've been here a few times and they did a perfectly fine job. I went on Thursday in the late afternoon and there were no other customers. The woman doing my brows was very friendly and expressed complete understanding when I said, "I'd like to keep them thick, just a clean up." Imagine my horror when she held up the mirror and showed me the thinnest eyebrows Ive ever seen on myself. She even took away all my unibrow hair so now my eyebrows start at the tear duct. I don't wanna condemn this place, because they've done a perfectly fine job for me before. I just can't believe what possessed this woman to give me the opposite of what I asked for. I came here for threading a few times and I've never been disappointed. She makes sure to ask how you want your eyebrows done (level of thickness). I always ask for natural and am pleased every time. She also provides aloe if you need it. The place never gets busy. She accepts card, but make sure you tell her you want to add tip because there is no option after she charges you. It's only worth getting your brows done here by Roma or Nisha. Except Nisha doesn't do them anymore last time I checked. This used to be the only place I would go to, but after they got more business, Nisha stopped doing eyebrows and Roma is not there as often. So you end up getting new people who slaughter your eyebrows. I gave them a chance for about 6 months. After about 2 years of relying on them for nice eyebrows I ended up with terrible eyebrows with new girls, I finally found a better place in my area. I used to drive minimum one hour round trip for my eyebrows and they ended up looking terrible. Now I'm driving 10 minutes and I'm so happy with results. This location is not about clients at all, it's about money made and people fooled into going there based off of past reviews. Painless experience and she is very meticulous and making sure that both sides the match so I don't have a confused or angry look. Hahaha. This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows threaded! And they do a great job every time! My eyebrow hairs I believe are on the thicker side so they can be more difficult to thread. I tried Rising Threading before and they made me bleed when they threaded my eyebrows so I never returned there. At Namaste, even though my hairs are thicker I don't feel a great amount of pain or experience bleeding. They always listen at Namaste too, I've heard stories at other places where the artists don't pay attention to what you would like and in the end half of your eyebrows are missing. Put your trust here if you want your eyebrows looking on fleek. The prices are very reasonable too! If you're debating to get threaded for the first time you should definitely do it! It is so much better than waxing I can promise you. You're probably scared about the pain, but don't be. My pain tolerance is very low and if I can do it, you can handle it!! Someone just told me to come anytime within an hour. I arrived at the store in 30min right after I talked to the lady on the phone. I thought there might not be a long wait as she said so... eventually I was there waiting for almost 45min. The lady seemed 'whatever' on anything I said about how I wanted to have my eye brow done. She had rough hands and hurt me a couple of times. I didn't enjoy threading my eye brows at this store. It's my first time to do this. Maybe it's normal to feel pain like this... I get my eyelashes here done by Lily and they are always amazing. The price is great and the quality is great too. $60 for new eyelashes, $40 for refill. She is only available on Wednesdays and Sundays. So, the timing is very limited. You just need to call or text to make an appointment. She works pretty fast on the eyelashes. She does a great job on them too for the speed. Depending on why you're getting them done, she'll put more or less on them to make them more dramatic for a special event or less for your average day. I got additional added on because I was going on vacation. So I wanted my photos to stand out and it was great. I never needed to wear makeup. Overall, great place. Highly recommend for eyelashes. I can honestly say that this eyebrow threading studio is the best one I've ever went to. I was not asked to write a Yelp review, and I normally don't write reviews but I felt like this place deserves one. I've had my eyebrows done with both Nisha and Noha, and they are very careful and take a lot of time doing my eyebrows. Even when there are many customers, they never rush my eyebrows and take extra care with them. This place is also really cheap, and they spend a lot of time on my eyebrows so it's definitely worth it! And since I'm a student, Nisha cares about how I don't make much money so she gives a student discount of $7. So my experience: I went to Nisha yesterday to get my eyebrows done and I didn't really like my grown out eyebrow shape, so I asked Nisha if she could shape my eyebrows because it's hard to fill them in. She told me that shaping technically means thinning and thick eyebrows are "in" right now. She then told me that she'll clean up my eyebrows (as she normally does with mine) to see if I wanted it shaped afterwards, because once you thin them, it's very, very hard to grow them back out If I don't like them. When she was done, I realized I didn't want them to be shaped. I was so thankful that she told me beforehand, and didn't just immediately go in to shape them. Nisha also asked if I wanted a free henna which was so kind of her! I love this place and they always make me feel so welcome. This is the only place that I would get my eyebrows done because I fully trust what they do with them, and it is affordable for a student like me. Each session takes about 15 minutes, maybe even less if you go in during a week day when they are not as busy. They are busier on the weekends, so I highly suggest making an appointment on their website. I normally get my brows and upper lip done which really does not take too long because they are all very skilled. I have had mine done by three different workers and each time, my brow shape has been consistent because they all know what they're doing! The price is very affordable especially with the high quality of their work. Brows + Upper Lip - $10 Side note: Compared to waxing, this is much less painful and natural because threading does not use any chemicals on your face. The only "painful" thing may be getting your upper lip threaded the first time because you don't realize how many small hairs you have, but once you do it once or twice, the pain goes away. read more

Nisha also has the sweetest voice: she has that type of voice that you'd imagine telling you to breathe in and out while doing some yoga.
