I was highly recommended by a family member. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the owner Joy who was very sweet and welcoming. I've been to my fair share of nail salons and most of them aren't that welcoming. They get straight to the point. BUT this place is all about excellent customer service and making sure customers feel acknowledged. Love that. I was indecisive on what design I wanted to get. My nail tech Zoey was very patient, attentive, and provided her input on what I should get. My go to look is always a solid color or a French tip. I can be a bit boring or you can say simple. However, I went outside my comfort zone and went with a marble design with gold. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Zoey took her time and did a beautiful job to make sure it came out perfect. Definitely coming back and telling all my friends about this place. read more

Super happy with how my nails turned out. Was in a rush and couldn't go to my usual place and I randomly stopped into Show Nail as it was on my route and I'm glad I did. I live about 15-20 minutes away but will make the trip anyway to come back to this place. It's a little on the pricer side when you want designs and embellishments but it's totally worth it from time to time. read more

Went here today to get my lashes and nails done for the new year. Everyone was really friendly. Melodie did my lashes and Jessica did my nails. I really liked Jessica. She was very sweet, accommodating and patient with me. I am a visual artist and a perfectionist so I kept asking her to tweet this and that, file here and there, this shape, that shape, this color that color etc. She is a saint and never once lost her patience with me. Not the slightest of attitude ever give. She did what she could to make me happy. There was a nip in my skin the process but she was apologetic and put antiseptic on it right away. It was minor. I didn't care much. I really enjoyed chatting with her and couldn't get over how beautiful my nails came out. They are longer than normally go by choice for the new year. I wanted to go out and in with a bang to the new hear. I brought an inspo image and she and I came up with a design that I am very pleased with. I'm posting the pictures here I hope you can see them. I like her so much I'll be booking again. The shop even gave me a gift when I left. 4 stars because I do think they are pricier than other places that are also good and there is a language barrier which makes it hard to communicate. But otherwise I'll still be coming back. See you soon. read more

I'm a big fan of gel nails because I look high maintenance for 2-3 weeks without actually doing any maintenance! My favorite! I came upon this place because I had a wedding the following day (my procrastinating booty struck again!) and needed nails done pronto without an appointment. I gave them a call and asked if they did walk in. They confirmed they did so I drove there. When I got there they asked about what I wanted while they finished up with their clients and handed me a book and nail sample of colors. As they finished up, I perused the available colors. When it was my turn, I talked a bit with my technician to get her opinion on the nail color. She was super helpful and upon deciding, my nails were underway. She trimmed cuticles. I'm not a big fan of getting my cuticles trimmed. Something about that totally irks me. Anyways, so it was trim, file, trim, file, shape, shape and paint, dry, paint, dry, over and over. About 30 minutes later, voila! Beautiful nails. However, a little less than a week and I'm seeing chips. Boooohooohooo! Also, the primary language spoken there is Mandarin Chinese. If you speak only English, be prepare for some slowing down when speaking. They are super friendly and seem more than willing to work with you. read more

I went to their location located in el Monte. The lady was very nice and kind. But when she was doing my eyelashes and it started to burn, and I let her know, she immediately helped me and put some eye drops. Then at night time my eye was red and it felt uncomfortable. I called her the next morning to see if she could help me out and remove the eyelashes because my left eye was still burning and it was red. I got some eyedrops and still my eye felt uncomfortable. On the next day I called her and she went to the place right away. She was nice and tried to help out. While she was removing the eyelashes she pulled my natural eyelashes and I could feel how the soap went inside my eye and it was burning even worse. She put water in my eye to help me stop the burning. I had eyelashes before and this is the first time that something like this happen. The manager told me that it might be that I'm allergic to the eyelashes which it can be a possibility. But as you can see on the second picture my eye got worst after the soap went inside my eye. I just want people to be aware. read more

Love my nails! This place came in highly recommended by my mother. The artist let me go through a list of pictures to choose from. I wanted something with fruits for the summer so we looked through several photos and she improvised. She did a beautiful, careful, and fast job. I will be back very soon for a new theme on my nails. read more
