And on my way out I noticed the guy that sits at the front doing an amazing French set! So I booked an appointment for today for a Gel X set with French but left disappointed. My tech today was someone else and seemed to struggle with technique and the reference photo that I shared. After much back and forth on the shape of the French and the lack of choices for a darker base color, I was surprisingly charged $20 extra at checkout for asking for french like the picture- which I ultimately did not end up with. I will be back for another relaxing pedicure with Jen but I don't think I'll be back for nails.

However, the girl who did my manicure gets a 1. I made it clear that my nails grow very slowly and break easily. I wanted barely any filing yet she filed them until they were nearly to the quick on three different fingers. They now hurt and it's near impossible to pick things up. I would be very careful when having your nails done and be sure the technician understands English. Clearly she had no idea what I had told. So disappointed and I actually could have done better myself at home. I will add another layer of coating tonight and hope this lasts for our 18 day trip.

A roach ran on the wall behind the manicure station. It was gross. Plus, all the polished we selected were dried up and gooey. This place is failing. Go somewhere else.
