They almost always have that *one specific strain* I happen to be seeking, out of a handful of strains I search for. My driver's license expired on my birthday and I went over to euphoria for a cartridge. Now, I've been going here since it opened and was surprised at her attitude. It was my birthday as well and she almost ruined my day. She acted very rude and she could've helped me out cuz I just went to another dispensary with no issue. She just about threw me out too saying I couldnt be in the store without a license...long dark hair...I've never seen her before but she was being a b***ch to me. For the past month or so, I have been getting promotional texts asking me to look at updates for an "account" I was: a) unaware existed before last month b) I have never signed up for, accessed, or updated I reply with STOP and I still get a text around the same time every day. I block and delete and still get the texts. Telephone harassment is not a bright business model. I will screen shot and post every text I get now going forward. I haven't been here in a solid couple of years, so I am not sure why I am getting the full court press now, but it needs to chill. Btw, I stopped going here years ago because they were overpriced and the security personnel gets insane if you are on your phone for even a few seconds. Additionally, their CBD are very limited. They charge excess "taxes" compared to other dispensaries. I finally noticed it one day when I compared to Rise & Zenleaf. For a $40.00 cartridge, E-Wellness's total was $51.90 (removing $1.00 for the website fee) on a $40 subtotal and both Rise's and Zenleaf's total was $47.35 on a $40 subtotal. Euphoria Wellness is charging more taxes and you should take you business elsewhere. AND I will be notifying the Nevada Department of Taxation. read more

I did an online order and told me my cost was 87.69 with taxes get here to pay and I was told my amount was 94. I showed her on my phone the prices were different from what it told me on their app to when I got to place. She rudely told me it's the taxes, I told her no it shows with taxes on the app. She then told me the app is wrong but they have not changed it. This feels like bait and switch to me. Placed an order for delivery and received a phone call at 12:53pm verifying my order and informing me my order would arrive in 30 min. I waited for the order to arrive but did not get an update until 1:44pm when I received a text. 20 min after the order should have arrived. I waited again. I received another text almost an hour after with the same information. Unfortunately, I had to call and cancel my order. I'll have to look for a dispensary that cares about their business, clients and reputation. I was to publicly announce that Euphoria Wellness is by far the best dispensary in Nevada. I say this from a disabled Veteran POV. Once is became a customer... I've been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect for my military service. For the Veteran who is disabled, you get higher discounts IF, you're a medical card patient, up to 30%. Which is the best deal in the valley. I've shopped at other dispensaries and no one can compare with this company. They have an outstanding staff that will help you get the best product for YOUR NEEDS. These guys have provided me with the best service. Sure there are other stores that have great service out there. They offer only 10% for Veterans recreational or medical. And their deals...are not really a deal. I just want to Thank You for all you've done. Great product at great prices. Keep up the outstanding work.... Vets, just bring your VA letter showing your disability rating, the discounts I receive, literally pay for the card itself. And yes the VA knows I have a medical card and that I smoke marijuana. The STAFF is so legit and on point with everything, the product is always the same great quality, and the pricing is straight up and honest.
