My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation. Alfred's communication style is undermining the customer experience and, in my opinion, diminishing the reputation of your brand one interaction at a time. I am sharing this privately because I believe owners deserve the opportunity to address concerns before loyal customers simply stop returning or post public reviews. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is intended. Coaching on professionalism, customer etiquette, respectful communication, active listening, and de escalation would greatly improve the experience for future customers. While sitting in my car, I witnessed the manager outside kissing another employee who was tall with long hair and then hitting a device. Shortly afterward, she came back inside coughing very loudly. Regardless of what someone chooses to do on their break, I found the situation extremely unprofessional, especially when I was waiting as a customer for assistance. When she returned, she still refused to exchange my disposable, even though it wasn't working and wouldn't charge. The way the situation was handled, along with her attitude toward me, was completely unacceptable. I understand that businesses have policies regarding exchanges but there are professional and respectful ways to communicate those policies to customers. This was horrible customer service from start to finish. I left feeling like my business wasn't valued at all. Unfortunately because of this experience and the way the manager handled the situation, I will not be coming back.

I had already researched the sales and told them exactly what to buy, promising them they wouldn't get price-gouged here like at Planet 13. I was dead wrong. The girl helping us assumed I was just an Uber driver dropping off tourists, and immediately started upselling them. She fed them nonsense--like claiming Stiiizy Diamonds are harsher than Provisions--just to push their $50 total up to $90. Now I know exactly what happens to my passengers when I drop them off here. That $20 driver kickback means nothing to me if my people are getting scammed. I would much rather take my chances driving all the way to The Dispensary or Deep Roots Harvest to make sure my passengers are treated fairly. Never again.

Addressed John in a private message for this situation because I believe he was completely wrong for what he did and the young ladies should not be blamed for a single thing! ** also he blocked the ability to comment on his posts.. To Mr. John! I was standing behind you as all of this was unraveling. You not only cut me in line, you also continued to be extremely disrespectful and impatient towards the young ladies at the window. Both were counting a register (reason why I was patiently waiting to the side). Your behavior against both was extremely uncalled for and I am baffled at the fact that you yanked on the window while the young lady was holding onto it.. you do not hit women.. ever under any circumstance! For the manager that walked after you to "apologize", he went after you to explain how your behavior was way out of line! I hope you are never allowed into this facility again! I come here way too often to see how these employees are harassed and belittled by people just like YOU. Euphoria Wellness, I am deeply saddened that you allow these types of individuals into your facility. As to the young ladies.. I hope both are okay! You guys handled the situation very well! We've been to several dispensaries over the last 3 months since getting our marijuana cards in an attempt to find one that met both my and my fiance's needs. Euphoria Wellness on S. Jones has all the perks as well as the professional staff and wide variety of products we've come to desire. . But it goes beyond a just a business relationship, as far as we're concerned. From the first visit we made to every visit there after, we've had not only excellent customer service, but actually enjoyed the time we spent talking to everyone. Specifically Curt and Ashton...they are topnotch and THE most knowledgeable guys we've met!! They answer all the questions we have about everything from nausea prevention products to flowers that help with creativity or muscle spasms. Their recommendations are always spot on and never wrong. We highly recommend you go see Curt and Ashton or any one of the other friendly staff. They have all been great! In fact, we love Curt so much, that we want to extend a personal invitation to him to come to our Super Bowl Party...even though he's not a Raider's fan!! :-) (Sorry for the delay in posting our review, we've been busy enjoying our last recommendation!) I think the employees and the customer service are top notch, seriously great and i always have fun just talking to somebody, but prices are ok and the weed isn't all that good which is the whole point right? Every time I've gotten different strain different price tier, their "deals" and never been impressed. This most recent purchase 40 (50 with tax) was 4 grams The herb lookss beautiful, but might as well be puffing air. I've had Bruce Banner before and that is in nowhere shape form, or ripability, Bruce Banner. Spinach could prob get me higher. Location and employees 5/5. Actual product (Bruce) 2/5. Update: like I said stellar service. No dispensary in Vegas will treat u better. Just received a call from a nice lady named Deb. Even though their policy is non refundable (as it should be understandably) she was kind enough to allow me to come in and get something else. Been a patron since recreational began and haven't been disappointed. Their products do cycle rather quickly so certain strains do appear to vanish for periods of time but their selection is far from lacking. Slowly(relative) am working through the flowers and was quite pleasantly surprised to be informed they've gone through another restock. There's still something like a good 10~15 new strains of this batch I am wanting to try. I have met quite a few well-versed tenders at Euphoria each with their own field of expertise which has equated over to some quite nice highs and favorite buds. They keep a decent number of consumables as well. Tried the strawberry chocolate crunch bar and was impressed by the flavor alone. Ever since they started doing recreational pick-up/delivery it's felt like I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes for a tender. Great location, check it out if you're nearby. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service to even their most loyal customers. I've been going there since the first day they opened! They really don't care about retaining customers here! Considering there are so many other great places that are cheaper and more convenient around them! Cannacopia, powered by Medmen is much cheaper and they have a much better selection of flower! This place has bad quality bud they're trying to push. It's all small bottom of the bag crumbs. If there is ever any good flower it's gone as soon as they put it out! Like they just don't have much stock! So I have saved money and time and just gone where they have better products. I've tried 3 other dispensaries out here and this one by far will get my repeat business. Not only was the check in progress painless, but I was helped by one of their team members within 5 mins of walking in through the front door! Every question I had was met with a very knowledgeable answer from the friendly staff. A couple more things that really stood out in this experience was that the staff didn't feel like they were pushing me through the process, they took their time explaining and making sure i was getting the info i was looking for. And last but not least .... It didn't feel like a freaking dungeon inside! no labrynth of multiple chambers and waiting rooms that give you uneasy vibes ... it was all very well lit. I always come here because they accept debit cards which was a plus for me. Rocco was amazing!!! He helped me get what I want. He apologized for not having prerolls because it was the day after New Years. He was very friendly and approachable. At checkout I asked about the rewards program. And then came Jerry who explained to me how it works. He gave me alot of info and he was bery friendly as well. I asked Rocco how much points I have and he told me I have enough for the gram that I am buying. Wow!!! A gram for free because I accumulated enough points for it!! Not too happy with this place. The people were friendly enough, but the guy that helped me used words that I didn't understand and since this was my first time looking for CBD products, I had a lot of questions. I wound up buying 2 different disposable E-cigs. Come to find out, they were both almost dead when I bought them, but since it was my first time, I just thought I was doing it wrong. I did manage to use one of them, but the other one did not work at all and completely died. I put it up so I could take it back but all of the oil drained out of it. At this point I've only been to one dispensary here in Las Vegas and with the service and selection that is available at Euphoria I'm happy to continue returning for all my bud needs. Thanks to the tutelage of Tieah, a superstar budtender, I've tried a couple on taking care of errands around the house with a positive head space. The Tangerine Dream gave me more of a kick, with just a few tokes walking the dog or drawing became more of an event than a task, a couple more tokes had me in the perfect head space for a good movie. Went in today and met Jerry. His first day tending. A fellow Veteran I found out, was very helpful and a great addition to the staff. While there I picked up Mom's Cookies and Cream, Euphoria's Revenge and Blackberry Cream, all from HYVE. These may be BHO but they are by far better than other BHO on the market. There is almost no residual and I never feel the BHO in my lungs. This makes for a much smoother and cleaner dab while not damaging your lungs. This is as close as you can get to soventless that I have found on the market. Great job guys. Keep it coming from HYVE!!! read more

Came here tonight for the first time. Got exactly what I was looking for within minutes. They have the best priced concentrated by far!!!! Seriously half the price of most other dispensaries and those other places have the worst customer service. Reggie knew exactly what I was going for and helped me keep it under my price range. Also, he was incredibly friendly and had a sense of urgency while getting me hooked up. No question I'll be coming here from now on!! Don't waste your time buying concentrates anywhere else. I love this place! The line always moves fast. The budtenders are always upbeat and very helpful. I don't know, I feel that the budtenders just move a lot faster here. Like they are educated on the product and don't try to overwhelm their customers with all the bullshit you can read online. Everyone is super cool. But Trent has been the man since he started. Always smiling, all the workers seem to adore him, and he's just an awesome guy. I have used this dispensary and owning this dispensary, since the day that it opened. All of a sudden today, this manager named jack says that, oh, everything is different now. This guy has got more non-answers. All he can say is well, I'm sorry, but our policy has changed. I can remember when a loyal customer meant something to euphoria. It means nothing now. I friggin' love this place! I don't know what some of these people are crying about. It's clean, secure, great staff. You had to wait outside for 45 minutes? On OPENING DAY?! Really dude? I think it's awesome that they persevered, got the doors open and gave all us a place to get our meds without having some creep that we don't know come to our door. Are they perfect? My order wasn't ready when I pulled up to the curb but she was kind enough to go inside and get it ready for me! I never thought I would live to see the day that places beyond Amsterdam, and right here in the United States, would be selling cannabis and other related products and it'd be perfectly legal! I'm still waiting for North Carolina to get its act together. The whole thing is ridiculous, if you ask me! I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke cigarettes and I don't do hard drugs. And yet, when I go to a party or a social function, everybody is enjoying their cocktails and beers and stepping outside for a vape or a cigarette. And as much as I love my diet Coke, I can't help but wonder why I'm not able to enjoy my indulgence without breaking the law or offending people. Ridiculous! Don't get me started... On with the review... Upon arrival in Las Vegas last month, I asked my travel companions to take me to a place where I could get some weed. Within 15 minutes we were in a parking lot at Mint Cannabis which I think is open 24 hours a day? Wow! After presenting our IDs, we were welcomed inside and the place was huge. Between you and me, I feel like these stores are overproducing and over presenting like I feel most stores are these days. Too many choices and a bit overwhelming. Luckily, we had a nice young woman who helped us zero in on what I was looking for. She made me aware of some specials, including if you have tickets to The Wizard of Oz sphere, you get a discount. We did and I did! I feel all these places spend too much money with packaging. The beautiful joint is wrapped in boxes and containers and God knows what. Just give me the damn weed and keep all the other crap and give me a good price.! All in all, I got a lot of good stuff at a good price considering it's a store in Las Vegas. Lots of variety, and like I said if you are into Vapes and drinks and all that other stuff, Mint Cannabis had everything you could possibly want. The service was excellent and before I knew it I had a variety of stuff and was on my way. I forgot to tell you the best part about Mint Cannabis, It's in the same parking lot with White Castle. Can you believe it? Not only can you get a buzz in that parking lot, but I didn't even need to get back into my car to indulge in my favorite munchie in the world, White Castle hamburgers and a diet Coke. This was a duo made in heaven and knocked Mint Cannabis out of the ballpark!! I fell asleep that night like a baby. A smooth flight to Vegas, an excellent buzz and those delicious juicy hamburgers. When you are in Vegas, get off the strip and visit Mint Cannabis if you are looking in for a treat. And if you you stop by White Castle, eat a few for me!!!
