    UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: The owner, did give me a call and leave a voicemail indicating that the product they sell are pre-scaled (which I already assumed), and said the most he could do is get into contact with Prime Cannabis. Not feeling my time and energy was worth getting into contact with another party, I decided to cut my losses in terms of time and energy. I decided to check out Cannacopia on July 2, 2017 since it is down the street from where I reside. The customer service at Cannacopia is "okay" but not "great" and I can accept that, especially when the store is very busy. Nevertheless, I purchased 3 separate 1 gram strains for $20 each (recreational user). However, to my dismay, one of the "Prime Cannabis Monster Cookies" bag only contained 0.84 grams of marijuana which is an insane amount less than 1 gram for $20! I have attached a picture below of the scale showing the amount of cannabis, packaging, and receipt. Interestingly, both other strains I picked up (Mendo Breath by Matrix and Gelato Glue by Prime) were scaled correctly at 1.00 gram. Previous to going to Cannacopia, I attended the grand opening (July 1, 2017) of "The Dispensary" on Decatur and Hacienda where recreational grams went from $15-20 ( so $5 cheaper than Cannacopia) and the eighths start at $40 where as Cannacopia eighths are $60. Both companies carried the same Maxtrix and Prime brands. I will attach a receipt showing this price comparison. Both locations are in close proximity to me, in SW Las Vegas. In my opinion, it is worth it to save your $$ and not visit Cannacopia, where scaling is inaccurate and you technically do not get what you paid for. UPDATE: I called Cannacopia and asked if there was someone I could voice my concerns to. I was greeted on the phone by Candice, who said they were really "busy" and there was no one I could speak with at the moment. I asked if I could leave my name and phone number, so that some staff member of Cannacopia could hear my concerns. She said it would be best to talk to Robert, the owner. Hopefully Robert will give a disgruntled LOCAL customer a call back. I truly dislike giving negative reviews but know that this review may be helpful/informative for others to read.

    [statemade] nv joy & ebb 1g pre-rolls

    Let's preface this with the fact that I was not, nor am I inebriated while I write this. But let's face it, I'm a stoner through and through. I got off a rough day at work and was craving some [statemade] nv pre-rolls. (I know, I know... Don't judge me, but trust when I say these pre-rolls are some of the best I've come across for their quality and value!) In my sober state, I attempted to order online for pickup, but after sitting outside in my car like a crazy person for about 15 minutes, I shot them a quick call wondering if it was better to come inside or wait in the car. A wonderful gentleman named Jazzy picked up the phone and welcomed me inside to help me out. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of placing my pickup order with the Paradise location. Jazzy and I shared a good laugh, and was wondering why I wasn't getting an even better deal on the [statemade] nv pre-roll bundles. And while I LOVE a good deal, frankly, bills gotta get paid before I get laid out on some great bud But I was grateful Jazzy was trying to get me a better deal, and I'll definitely come back around come pay day! He was an absolute lifesaver tonight after a rough 12 hour work day! Not only did he know his product, but his customer service skills were impeccable. I'm new to the area, and I'm proud to say MedMen on Rainbow & the 215 is my new home! Thanks Jazzy!

It was about the lack of humanity and customer service I experienced from KJ. I was only 10 cents short, so I politely asked KJ if there was any way he could help. KJ immediately said no. I understand that sometimes employees have to follow policy, but kindness and professionalism are always a choice. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I am a generous tipper. Earlier that same day, I gave a stranger a $2 tip because they were short. On another occasion, a different budtender at another dispensary covered $6 from their own tip jar when I came up short. Those moments reminded me that humanity still exists. This was only my third or fourth visit since moving to this side of town from Henderson, and I was hoping to become a regular customer. Instead, I found myself walking out over 10 cents. As I was leaving, a complete stranger handed me a quarter. I went back inside, was rung up again, and completed my purchase. Ironically, a stranger showed me more compassion than the employee who was serving me. What stayed with me most was not the policy. It was KJ's demeanor afterward. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold, tactless, and lacking in basic customer service etiquette. There was no warmth, no empathy, and no effort to make an uncomfortable situation feel any better. That is what left the lasting impression. KJ, I encourage you to remember that many of your customers are medical patients. Some are dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, cancer, or other serious conditions. Sometimes people need compassion just as much as they need their medication. Zen Leaf has the opportunity to build lasting relationships with its patients, one interaction at a time. I hope KJ grows from this experience and remembers that professionalism is not measured only by following policy. It is measured by how people feel after they leave your counter. Ten cents was never the issue. Compassion was.

The setup itself is not user-friendly, especially for first-time customers or anyone who doesn't have time to scroll through a tablet just to figure out what's available. A dispensary should provide guidance, not force customers to navigate everything on their own. What's most concerning is that the staff repeatedly seem unaware of their own inventory, pricing, and current deals. Basic questions about products are often met with vague answers or redirected back to the tablet, which defeats the purpose of having staff available in the first place. As a customer, I expect employees to understand their products especially in a cannabis dispensary where specific preferences matter. On my most recent visit, the employee assisting me appeared disengaged and uninterested in helping. It felt like asking simple questions was an inconvenience, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment. This location may be convenient, but the ongoing lack of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care makes it difficult to justify returning. Management seriously needs to address staff training, engagement, and overall customer experience.
