My 2008 Nissan 350Z had a serious electrical problem that drained a new battery in a matter of hours. Mechanics that I had used before could not figure out the solution but Eurasia Auto did as soon as the car was inspected. The car no longer has any electrical issues and the Alpine head unit that was installed as part of the fix is phenomenal. We had a very negative experience here as of late - first & foremost they harassed and gas lighted not only my husband but my TEEN DAUGHTER during our visit there ... they quoted $1500+ to fix a blower part for us and we chose to decline that than we're treated completely disrespectful by employee and owners - same day purchased $40 part ( have video proof) my husband replaced in five minutes and everything works perfect. We had another inappropriate experience with them a year ago- in which they agreed to order parts for and replace without labor then denied to do so. I needed a quote for a timing belt/water pump kit replacement. I first used their website contact page...no reply for a week. Then I emailed their Gmail address directly...another week without a response. Then I called & spoke to a Drew. He said he saw the emails but never got around to answering them. He said he'd call back with a price. Another week without a reply. Had to call again and make him quote while I waited. I have no idea why getting a quote was so difficult. After waiting three weeks for a quote, I had to wait another three weeks for an appointment. I was ready to bail out but the reviews were very good and they're only 5 minutes away so I gave them a shot. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that the spark plugs would need to be replaced in the near future. Drew made a note and said he'd call or email with a quote for that. It's been 10 days so I doubt that quote is ever coming either. As far as I can tell the work was fine. Getting the quote was the difficult part. If a company isn't setup to respond to internet requests, that's fine...but they have to remove that option from their site if they're just ignoring them. I wasn't going to publish this review but the owner requested it. So here it is. Maybe I caught them during a really bad month? UPDATE - Used them a 2nd time (was sure to call this time vs email) to replace the hard to access spark plugs and they called to tell me that the plugs had already been replaced by the previous owner and that there was no need and would be no charge. Many places would have just replaced them needlessly or at least charged a fee to check them. Was very impressed! read more

They were courteous and prompt, with a clean well-lit shop, but mis-diagnosed a common diesel issue. I'm a retired automotive engineer, contracted to the big 3, and was a ASE auto mechanic beforehand for a number of years. My wife's car is out of warranty, she loves it and doesn't want a new one, and after 30 yrs of designing and developing the damn things, I'm just done. We decided to trial Eurasia and I was really hoping they would get it right. Unfortunately they mis-diagnosed a problem that can be seen just by looking down at the tailpipe. Very sooty tailpipes on DPF equipped vehicles means both the hot EGR and DPF failed. Looks like the dealer continues to get business. read more

Wanted to charge 600 bucks for a battery ? The battery costed around $150-$200 and $107 for a diagnostic test? Do they realize that it takes seconds to do an all system diagnostics test? You simply plug in the device. Many auto shops don't charge you for this simple common task. So, that leaves $300 on installation? Installation should only take 20 mins to an hour on a bad day. My wife was the one handling this until I heard the price. They simply were taking advantage of a woman who didn't know cars. They were rude and didn't budge on price. They were rude to my wife who simply wanted questions. We had to go to the extreme of towing the car out to go to another autoshop who was going to charge us $250 bucks for the battery and all. I'm here to just tell you guys research your parts. make them breakdown the prices to you. Don't fall victim to money hunger shops like this. Shame on you guys. read more

Would not trust my car with any one but Filippo! Knowledge of the vehicles, his honesty, and his work ethic stand above all others. He has worked on my car for a few years but I had a issue last week with a funny noise noise. I took a video of the sound sent it then Filippo let me know what he thought the problem might be - had me bring my car in and sure enough was exactly what he had thought and he worked me right in. I cannot stress how much I trust Eurasia Imports with my cars. We had to replace an engine in one of my imports. Filippo went the extra mile to find the best price on the engine and the catalytic converters we needed. I take both of my imports (BMW and VW) to EurAsia. Yes, Filippo is busy....because he is an awesome mechanic (and a great guy). Look at the quality of cars customers have trusted him to work on for oil changes and repairs. I have seen some very expensive cars that customers trust him with. Fillipo cannot diagnose a problem over the phone. No mechanic can. That's unrealistic. I had my Subaru at the dealer, where they told me the engine shake when I started my car was normal, but that I needed struts, since they were leaking. I called around for pricing on the struts and took my car to EurAsia, since they quoted me far less than the dealer. I was a bit surprised when I got a call asking why I wanted them to do the struts. When I told them the dealer said they were leaking, I was told that they weren't leaking at all and didn't need to be replaced. However, the shaking I was getting on startup was due to bad motor mounts. These were replaced and my car is now great! They could easily have just replaced the struts and the motor mounts and collected their money. Instead, they were honest about what really needed to be done. They are now a trusted partner in my car care. I won't take it anywhere else! read more

Some people have good luck some have bad. I gave my car to them to fix and they told me it should be done in two three weeks every time I called FOR 8 MONTHS. Went to take it back and Fillipo comes out immediately saying when do you need it done I'll get it done by when ever you need it by. I said two days and he said okay and I said you know what no this isn't okay. Took it back did the work myself in 6 hours. The guy at the front desk said that they were rolling it in and out multiple times and every time he called it leg day cause the toe adjustment was pointed towards each other and was so hard to push.. My question is for what? They didn't do any work on it. So when I got it back the slave and master cylinder were both bad and I think they honestly took them off put them in another car and we're going to replace them when they worked on mine. Typical shop move. Been in the business a long time and never seen such a terrible business person. Pretty pathetic and terrible person running the place. Very cocky and also doesn't care about his customers. I would never suggest taking your car there unless you want to wait almost a year on zero work done. Never go here take it to anyone else first also my steering rack had a rip in it that it didn't before and is now binding. Wonder where that came from. Oh yeah Filipo using my parts on other cars. We are so happy we found this place! They are so trustworthy and reliable. Our kids have a car at Notre Dame but we live in CA. It was an old car and Filippo took great care of the car. They even drove my daughter back to campus when she had to drop off the car. We just allowed the kids to drive a family car back to South Bend because we now Filippo can help us keep it maintained. He judged whether my daughter's car with lots of miles on it was OK to drive to a football game in Virginia and really gave us peace of mind.
