I called & spoke to the dealer Justin & he tell me that I can bring it in and he'll diagnose for free but won't do work on it. After further discussion the Owner decided to put a replacement transmission in and I had to pay $600 plus cash to pick up my truck. Fast forward i pay the money to get it back then days later there's another issue I take it back they agree to fix for free it's been 2 weeks no one calls to update me and when I call Justin acts like I don't have a reason to be calling. He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues. The management team sucks you can't talk to anyone pass Justin which is unprofessiona. The only people that understands how to be professional at Header's is the friendly women at the front desk. I've always made payments on time and often times even early. They're currently holding a truck that is financed to me and I've been paying on it.

So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

The Truck Title was not "Lost by me " it was a Montana title and The state of Michigan does not do Title are assignments to get the Truck plated and registered . There fire you guys had to go to Indiana Secretary of State and file for the title on the 2013 Silverado . I do have a valid Indiana title for this truck Right now .I was not made aware of the Hole in the truck Frame until it was brought in to a muffler repair shop to fix a broken exhaust. I even gave Randy $100 before the truck was sold to me for an oil change . It would have been nice to know the frame was broke I never would have bought it in the first place . I called to follow up and received another excuse. Then emailed AGAIN! NO REPLY! Then stopped AGAIN, spoke with Rep. "Jonny", reviewed car, made offer and asked for Carfax and Call-back. They had lots to choose from and then said if we didn't see what we wanted they could let us look at 31 other lots!! Like who else does that?! The employees are super laid back and don't jump on you when you first pull in like, how other car lots all dice for the hood of your car and the last man still hanging on gets to be your salesman. No, this place is different! The financing was super easy and a down payment WAS REQUIRED for our situation and we figured as much but it was so small I almost wondered why they bothered with asking for it. They got us all signed and out the door in no time. The cars are clean, nice and taken well care of. I just can't get over how easy the whole process was. We couldn't be happier!

The one I looked at was a Kia optima and it looked like someone attempted to rebadge the car then spray paint the front of it black? The car also had a top piece on it that looks like it was half assed glued on. So I decided to look at the black dodge dart that was on the lot. Back end had a couple dents no biggie but when I drove it the gas pedal kept popping back up forcing my foot up off the gas. So I drove it back and decided not to get that one but to look at the Chrysler 200 gray. The one gentleman started it up when my fiancé noticed white smoke come out of it. So he asked for the hood to be popped open and the vehicle was leaking coolant and oil. When brought up to the manager he said oh I'll bring that up to my tech guys. And when we informed him we weren't interested in any cars on the lot we got a "okay whatever" and he stormed inside the building mumbling Whatever he was while walking inside. Also some cars have rear bumper damage and scratches and dents on them. Let alone whatever issues they have mechanically. They never said thank you to us or even a simple bye have a great night. We drove over an hour to this place to look at the one car. The financing they use is sketchy. Asked me how many hours I drive a week is beyond strange. And to only offer a warranty for 30k miles says something as well and only for 30-90 days I believe. Also you have to do a zoom interview with the finance company. Which I also thought was very strange. Don't bother or even waste your time. They were friendly for about ten mins until my fiancé started asking questions about the car and if the car has had any accidents or such. Also financing took FOREVER. So unless you have about four hours to sit there just don't.

They are always so mean and always so quick to be yelling at their customers. I wish so bad we never bought from this place because we are always having issues.
