I am a first-time customer today for Euroauto and owner Eric. Referred by a close friend who has been with him for over a decade. Car water leaks are a nightmare, but Eric quickly found and fixed the leak which was flooding the back floor. He also spotted an alternator that was about to go while he was doing a belt tensioner adjustment. He also fixed a small-part set of clips on the fuel line and checked/blew out the fuel filter while he was in there, to make sure it was not fouled. Eric walked me through each repair thoroughly before performing the repair. He sent me a video to show the leak in action. I hadn't been able to spot it. The drive home in my repaired Lincoln was awesome. My friend has had Eric and his team do excellent repair work on all the other major car systems over the years. My car battery died at a nearby location and it wouldn't jump. I tried calling AAA three times but kept losing the call due to bad cell service - I was stranded with my kids on a hot day. I popped into Euro Auto to see if anyone could help me. Eric was quick to assist! He grabbed the right battery and some tools, and hopped in his car and came out to where my car was dead and changed the battery on site. Eric really went above and beyond! These guys are the best. I had a low tire pressure alert so I stopped by to check it out. Eric tested the air pressure, showed me where it told me what the pressure should be, put air in all the tires and then explained how to "teach" my car what the ideal pressure needs to be.
