Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! Not something I would ever like to have happen to me again, pleaseandthank you. Anyhoo. Nationwide suggested some local "On Your Side" shops and, after getting an opinion from a friend who works for Geico, I chose Superior Auto Body to work on my car. It took just shy of 2 weeks to get my car back. Communication was not excellent - but I'd rather they're working on cars instead of spending business hours updating all of their customers - but every time I called, Anthony was patient with me and would helpfully explain the status. Since I have some background in auto claims, he was able to go a little more into detail and address my specific concerns. When I picked up my car, she looked fantastic. Not only did they restore her beautifully, but they saved a bumper sticker that had been on the gas door by sticking it on my window. Those little details are seriously appreciated. I did notice about 30 minutes after picking her up that they hadn't fixed the passenger side mirror. I sent pictures to the Nationwide adjuster and he told me to go back at any time since it was logged and all work is guaranteed for as long as I have the car. I stopped back in today - about 2 weeks after picking her up - and Anthony came right out, buffed up the mirror, and it looks good as new. I will hopefully not ever need to return to Superior, but I would recommend them to anyone who needs a body shop.

The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.
