Ayla was horrible to deal with and showed no concern about resolving the situation. During my service, one of the employees broke the engine beauty cover on my truck. They admitted that the incident was visible on their camera footage, yet instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix the damage, I was told to "sue Valvoline." The lack of accountability and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not trust this location with my vehicle and would stay far away from here. read more

Went for an oil change and got moved around because the gentleman next to me was here first. Was told if that bay finished they would move me again. Watched another 2 oil changes happen before me then asked why I wasn't being moved they proceeded to tell me they were doing the best they could. Waited in line for a hr. Finally had enough after watching another 2 oil changes and had to ask cars to move to get out. Went to grease monkey down the road and was done in 20 min. Valvoline unfortunately just lost my whole family and my companies fleet. read more

Went to go get a oil change today to find out there's new management for this shop that I've been going to over a year to tell me that they don't work on Range, Rovers and I need to take my car to a dealership which didn't make sense. It's literally 5W30 oil and a filter I request to speak to management which he tells me they do have the oil but they don't have the filter and they can't help me and I can go to the Valvoline in Fort Collins a half hour away. I literally drive two minutes to grease monkey and they are able to help me in minutes. This will be my new shop won't be coming back to Valvoline again. Bunch of kids there that have no idea what they're doing. Like just order the filter or go to AutoZone for your customers. read more

Very disappointed in this Valvoline shop. While getting my regular service, (loyal customer for 7 years) Justyn (manager) asked if I wanted the in-house filter checked, I said sure. He got in my glove box and all I heard a BIG pop. He then said, he couldn't check it, I would have to take it to the dealer. Mind you, all these years, at this location, nobody has ask to check the in-house filter! After I left, driving down the road, I notice the time was wrong on my display and then I see bubbles and a crack in my display. I called Justyn and told him, I believe you broke my display when you were putting the glove box back in and from the big pop. And all he kept saying was, SOOO I touched your glove box and broke your display! My display was not broken when I pulled in and was broke, when I pulled out! You do the math!! Anyway long story short, Valvoline will not replace my display ($1000. just for the part!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! VERY DECEITFUL MANAGER AND COMPANY IN WHOLE!! read more

Waited over an hour in line, and then the very confused young men that were working on my car (it's a Mercedes, not a space ship!) didn't know what tools to use/ what steps came next, which worries me. Took them 45 minutes once I was in the bay. Will not return. read more

I used this location as Oil Can Henry's and as Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Under both names, the same error was performed on my Highlander: the oil pan drain plug washer was not replaced. This caused the drain plug to allow a slow leak which caused a mess everywhere the vehicle was parked until the problem was resolved, which required another oil change. I learned of the problem after taking the vehicle to another auto service shop in town. Unfortunately, this was a waste of an expensive synthetic oil change by Valvoline (in the neighborhood of $100). They were fast, but made mistakes. The other challenge is the limited choice of quick serve stations in town. I give 2 stars for speed and convenience only. read more

Terrible, they treat their employees like garbage. I worked there. We never did anything right. The new managers up sell on things customers don't actually need. They also want to get as many cars in as possible for more revenue. Managers do not care about the well-being or safety of their employees. They cut corners as much as possible just to save a few bucks and the shop is constantly under work because they don't repair the broken tools properly, they repair them cheaply which just causes more problems. The worst part about it is, the new manager won't even change the oil on 40% of the cars that come in. Don't go there. read more

I've never received anything but do not waste your time here. I waited in line for 30 minutes, which was fine, until we got in there for them to tell us they didn't have the oil they needed, which they could have checked while we waited 30 minutes in line. The girl who was working went out of her way to be rude and was miserable from the start. When she told us that she didn't have the oil, we asked if she could check with someone else, and she huffed and puffed and opened the door to the office and said I can't deal with them and sat down on her phone and left us sitting in the garage with our hood up and no help. I would give this negative stars if I could. Icing on the cake was they only had 1 garage open when they have 2, but the other workers were sitting in the office. read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR DON'T GO HERE!!! This place almost ruined my 2009 Mercedes S550! Poorly run facility with guys who work on their own cars, not yours. I pulled up they used my oil filter and my own mobil one synthetic oil (they don't carry mobil one), they took a super long time, guy under the car kept calling for help but the other guys in the shop too busy working on their own cars to help the guy under the car. They installed the oil filter incorrectly, broke my oil filter housing and also broke my oil cap. As I drove a few feet, oil gushed out on my engine and a giant plume of smoke came out from under the hood. read more

Went down there 3 days ago and was told that they were out of my oil filter and to come back in a couple of days. I go down today, and now they're out of the oil my car takes. I'm not driving an exotic Lamborghini, it's a Ford Edge! It's a 15 minute drive down there and back each time, so an hour of my time I've wasted. When all you do is one thing, change oil, you might want to think about stocking up. You've lost a customer for life. That's 3 cars total. Consumer beware. read more

Contrary to the previous post I was a single female clueless on the car I was driving as it is my husbands and they were super helpful and I never felt judged. They also had an oops but went above and beyond to make it right. They ordered a replacement part to arrive within hours AND gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Things happen and it truly is about how you fix them. Service was super quick and convenient. I found the process a little odd having never been to a place where I stay in the vehicle. But it was great. I interacted with about six people and all of them were more than friendly. read more

Completely disgusted with the way I was treated! They wouldn't even talk to me even though it was my car. They'd probably only talk to my husband, even when I tried to answer their questions. They also never discussed price before service, which they are required to do. It was $90! I also slipped and almost fell on the oily floor.
