They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. I've worked with Vasyl and his team once before (on a full house interior paint job), so I already knew I was in good hands.
