My first impression of Lomeli's Quality Painting was very positive because Mario put a lot of effort in discussing my project, answering my questions, and providing a more detailed bid than others. He was easy to work with through the entire project even though there were delays and interruptions all caused on my end. Mario and his team painted nearly the entire interior of the house. Everything looks great but work done on the floorboards was above and beyond expectations. We had our house exterior, door and fence done by Lomeli's this month. They did a meticulous and fantastic job. From the beginning, the power wash job was very thorough on exterior and gutter. When I mentioned there were some spots missed on fence, Mario came back a second time to do an additional power wash. My fence had got traces of moss growing on top, they carefully & completely removed it. At the start of the project, I mentioned that I missed the window for HOA approval of color change for this month and had to stick to existing color, Mario suggested he could shift schedule around to allow additional time for me to get HOA approval, which was very accommodating. This job was done at around the worst time of the year with temp above 90F, and air quality the worst. They worked with very high level of work ethics. Also, after paint job was done, I happened to mention that my front door somehow was leaning away from the hinge on the top, Petro found the problem and fixed my door with new screws. I'm attaching photos. Hope it would be helpful to someone as I myself benefited from yelp review at the start of the process. We have lived in our home for over 40 years and have had it painted three times. This last time with Lomeli's Quality Painting was the best in every respoect. Mario and his team of did a very thorough job of power washing the house, scraping and sanding where necessary, patching areas, priming where necessary, and doing the finish painting of siding, trim, plus the double front door. In addition, Mario repaired a number of fascia boards that were rotten on the ends and it looks great. I want to give a full 5 star credit to Lomeli's Quality Painting LLC due to their excellent job. Recently we contracted Lomeli to repair and paint two of our rooms. One of them needed to be fully replace with new drywall and ceiling and the other one needed some repair and repaint. Lomeli's charged us a reasonable price comparing to other contractors. Mario and Felip did a wonderful job and made the two rooms shine. They worked full day each day throughout the whole project and completed the contract basing on their promised schedules. After the job was done, we installed a ceiling light that has a smaller base than the cut out electrical box with minor visible holes. Mario returned and spent couple of hours to help us patch, repaint and made the ceiling light looked perfectly fit onto the ceiling. We had a major water leak and large sections of wall and ceiling drywall were removed during the cleanup. After the leak I had the house repiped so there were also holes in the drywall all over the house and in some tough to reach areas. Mario responded to my inquiry for drywall repair within a couple of hours, both by email and phone. He was able to provide a quote based on photos, given that it was a fairly straightforward project (18" x 24" hole in the ceiling for a light fixture). He arrived promptly the next day and sealed off the area thoroughly to minimize any mess. He kept the whole area very clean. Work was completed over the course of two afternoons, to let things dry overnight. Super nice, courteous and the work was fantastic.
