My vehicle had been…read morehaving intermittent starting issues for about 4 months, and last week, my car up & died while I was driving, thankfully after 20 or so minutes it started & I was able to drive home. I took it to a mechanic (No Name) here in CH and they billed me $210.00 and couldn't locate the issue, so I brought it home. Well, this past Saturday my car wouldn't start, so I was told by a very good friend that I take it to TN3 Automotive, which I did (Had my car towed) on Tuesday. I'd previously contacted the owner, Tom, informing him my car was being towed to his shop, and so he took basic information regarding what types of issues I'd been experiencing, which I provided. I met Tom the following day, and he was genial, kind, listened intently, and just a solid individual through & through. He exudes honesty & integrity, and assured me he'd locate the issue, and he did just that. The thoroughness of his Teams assessment of my vehicle, every part captured by clear photos that included a specific narrative of my car parts issue, and whether it was deemed an emergency fix, or just watch & keep an eye on it was noted, & reassuring. Not once did he advise that I needed this or that done to my vehicle, but clearly enunciated in line of priority things I should take care of. Ended up being a PGMFI Main Start Relay why my car wouldn't start. Out the door for $340.00. Car is running excellent!! I have very high expectations of service providers, and he exemplifies the highest of integrity & standards!! Tom is your guy, I challenge you to use he & his team's expertise, you will not be disappointed.

Shoutout to Chris, he was awesome! After my car was towed to the shop, they texted real time notifications and I was able to e-sign and pay for my repair invoice. The repair was really fast so I was only out of a vehicle for about a day, they detailed and washed the interior/exterior, replaced something else I needed complimentary, and accommodated my special request for picking up my vehicle after hours. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely take my vehicle there again if needed.

We left it overnight, went back to pick it up he was nowhere in sight. Although he knew that she was coming to pick her car up. No phone no text no email. Finally I texted him that I needed some work on my car and I was in the area and he picked up the phone. Now mind you he hadn't picked up the phone for my niece for the last at least hour. I handed her the phone his explanation was, that his phone had been broken he told me the screen was broken and he couldn't see who called was calling. When he finally arrived at the shop, I asked him what the problem was he said his phone had broken he showed me a phone that was off, but there was no broken screen. I asked him was he done as he had been supposedly working on the car since the day before. Usually replacing in power steering pump is a one to two hour job for a good mechanic he said he was bleeding the system I saw no hoses or anything anywhere the problem came when I requested the old part which we never got. Also we had to come back for the car which was supposedly bleeding. The next day while driving the vehicle it start to smoke and they were flames. We found out later the distributor was loose. Apparently someone had bumped the distributor and the carburetor, and that was leakage from the gas or other fluid flammable no less. I'll be very Leary of taking my vehicle to such a dismissive repair shop and I use the term loosely. The customer service is nonexistent. And after I asked about the part that he supposedly removed I was told GET THE F OUT REPEATEDLY. Needless to say there was a verbal altercation that almost got really bad. This man has no respect for his customers their autos do not leave your car in this man's care. Do not trust what he says is wrong with your car. According to the automobile bureau, a customer has the right to receive the removed part. We are taking our vehicle to the automotive repair bureau in rancho Cordova, to be inspected for proper repair. To be forewarned is to be armed.
