    Big shoutout to Mandich for taking care of our old schools. We have a 52 Chevy and a 68 Cadillac, both cars have been taken care of by the Mandich team, Travis & Angela. From professionalism, A+ communication and affordable pricing I would absolutely recommend you bring your ride to them. Every issue we've had they were able to take care of in house (wiring issues, gas tank tissues, brake issues) just to name a few. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else when they need services done. Don't sleep on this shop, they're 100% legit.

    I came here with my new car I purchased from Enterprise. I needed to get my air conditioning…read morechecked and the Vin number etched in my catalytic converter. Those benefits were part of my package deal when i got the car. The rear view mirror cover had also come loose. I was late coming here because I lost the address. Sorry guys! However, when I finally arrived and they still took my car to get serviced. I was quoted a wait time of up to 4 hours. Thankfully, there is a waiting room and I'm a very patient person who still is going through many emails and other appointments... that'll keep me busy. As I sat inside, the woman working there with blonde hair was amazing to talk to. We talked about rock legends, rock music, Aftershock... I was almost sad even she had to go back to work. I did over hear her conversation on the phone about a program that helps you with the financial part of your car's site conditioner. I wish I knew about that last year, lol. Check out the pic I posted with this review for that info! If you don't want to wait around, there is a shuttle offered to take you wherever you want to go around Sacramento. There is also the restaurant 'Cricket' available to go eat. I just kept busy talking to the woman who worked there and another customer... and my phone. After an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours, my car was ready. They didn't see an issue with the ac. Although I don't feel like it gets as cold as a 2023 vehicle should get... my 2009 scion (RIP) would get so ice cold, I would have to turn it up. I think I would've felt better if they could've at least recharged the compressor. As for the plastic cover around my rear view mirror, it was fixed and the etching of the catalytic converter was done. They have AMAZING customer service skills and Paul, who was in charge of my vehicle, gave me his card in case I have any future questions. Super customer service skills, communication, and it sounded like a fun business to be at. Killing time was super easy

On May 20th, we brought our Ford Transit-250 to this shop due to a coolant leak. During the repair process, they raised the price four times: first about $1,100, then $1,800, then $2,400, and finally charged us $3,084.52. We were able to pick up the vehicle only on May 23rd, but it immediately broke down just a few minutes later. The shop was closed for three days and only performed diagnostics on May 27th. After that, there were disputes, complete denial of any responsibility, and refusal to cover the damages. They then tried to charge us an additional $4,651.70 for a transmission replacement, claiming this was a new issue unrelated to their work. We were only able to retrieve the vehicle on May 29th, and today, June 2nd, we are finally starting the real repairs at another shop. During all this time, our business has been incurring losses due to the vehicle downtime. An independent evaluation confirmed that the exhaust manifold bolts were left loose during their repair, causing significant exhaust leaks and possible thread damage. The report also found oil leaks from both valve cover gaskets, transmission failure, and the "Check Engine" light on - all of which appeared immediately after their repair. I have sent an official demand letter to the shop requesting compensation for the damages. If my demands are not met, I will file a lawsuit and will definitely obtain compensation. In court, I will seek a much higher amount, including business losses, legal costs, and compensation for moral damages. This shop not only failed to fix the problem but also wasted almost two weeks of our time, caused business losses, and is trying to avoid responsibility. Don't waste your time and money here.

I recently got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension so I made an appointment @8am. I show up early 7:45 pm and checked in gave them keys everything, my truck doesn't get driven until 8:30. 45mins of waiting... why even make appointments. 2. When I request appointment, I specifically only said truck alignment. When I arrived they tried to sell me a "multi point inspection" for $10 which I denied and said I already changed my brake pads and rotate my tires and not need it. After my alignment, the guy still shows me a list of things I need (spark plugs, air filter, fuel system cleaning) which I happen to replace myself not too long ago.... I'm like why? I told you I didn't need you to inspect other things just give me what I came in for. They are just "fishing" for service. 3. When I arrived I told them I got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension, steering wheel when dead center, truck drives to right. After I left still same thing, problem was not addressed. They spend 8:30am-9am not fixing what I came in for.. but checking to see if they can sell me other things. 0 stars if I can.

I check my Email today with this sitting there. So I went ahead and was proactive and called them as the email says to proceed to the address given but doesn't state a time. Being the person that I am I want to know when and where to show up. I call them and ask and the person I spoke to on the phone handled it perfectly and in no way is this a reflection on her. This is about the manager there. She put me on hold to talk to her manager about it because this clearly was above her and that is EXACTLY what she should have done. She came back and told me that the manager said that they were at capacity and that they would keep my application on file. Thats great and all but why do I have this email stating that I would get an interview? Broadbase? I used to work for you and I figured you would have improved, Broadbase, but I guess not.
