Terrible shop. Empty promises. Expensive. Got a quote for $950 for airbag and front dash. Went in and Peter told me $1200 for everything. Inconsistent. Didn't even fully repair my vehicle. Had to call Bureau of Automotive Repair to get a refund. Peter kept delaying my calls saying the parts was lost, the part has not come in and call me next week. 1st time here and quite impressive! The driver side mirror on 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE had to be replaced. I called Elk Grove Toyota and was told fish story that replacement part was on National back order. I would be #51 on the list. They wanted $450 for the part only (not including tax) and labor to install. Got extremely fair deal from Peter on part and labor. Peter said he could have the part next day.
