Chris was super knowledgable, up front and HONEST (as everybody in his reviews says), willing to work with me through a long process with insurance and through all the standard speed bumps that a large job entails (full front differential and transfer case replacement), but honestly in the end, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and I felt like I had a friend in the trenches with me getting it done, and for a fair price that we spoke through up front so there were no surprises. I had firstly gone to another spot nearby in Hermosa Beach (high reviews too!) and they not only were going to charge me almost 25% more than Chris at Eurosport, but had not fully diagnosed the problem correctly... they would have charged me $7,000 then turned around and had to double it. The guy working there had some of the poorest attitude / customer service I've ever experienced (and I am like the nicest guy on earth) I just did not like his energy so I pivoted and went to Eurosport, and thank GOODNESS I did. Seriously night and day experiences. I not only will continue bringing my own cars to Chris, but will recommend him to anybody who is looking for the services he provides... including with high end BMWs like mine. They had my car for three full weeks, which was far longer than I was originally told. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off--despite being told the spark plugs had been replaced and the issue had been fixed. Not only did I waste weeks without my car, but I now have to take it somewhere else to actually get the problem resolved. When confronted about a refund, the owner ignored our concerns and decided to keep our money even though we didn't agree to replace the spark plugs when we simply wanted a car scan. The lack of communication, the excessive delay, and the fact that the issue wasn't fixed at all made this whole process incredibly frustrating. Well shocker after a couple of hours the car is ready and the bill is $423. Not sure why it didn't end up closer to $300 as he made it seem like $400 would be on the high side. Not sure what it would have cost elsewhere but I probably should have made a couple of calls to find out. It appears the job was adequately done though so 3 stars. Would have been 4-5 if price wasn't the high end of the numbers estimated. Also a very difficult place to get in and out of.

My BMW X5 requires air bags springs and top oil gasket replacement, and Sam took the time to diagnose and test to validate what must be fixed. He is ethical and technically strong. Sam also provides me with warranty for the repair which puts me at ease. The dealer prices are ridiculously high, so it is nice to know that they are other affordable option with quality service. The car was fixed within 2 days and on time as promised. Thank you Sam!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change with Sam, and immediately afterward my car began leaking a significant amount of oil onto my garage floor. Prior to the service, I had never experienced this type of major oil leak. Because the amount of oil leaking was alarming and made me feel unsafe driving my car, I stopped driving it and took it to another mechanic that was located closer to me for an inspection. Upon arrival, they immediately noticed the excessive oil leak. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that oil had leaked throughout the engine bay, saturated the drive belt, and was actively leaking onto the floor. They advised me that continuing to drive the vehicle could have resulted in serious engine damage and that I was fortunate the vehicle made it to their shop. According to the second mechanic's inspection and written findings, the excessive oil leak was caused by a broken oil filter O-ring associated with the recent oil change service. As a result, they had to replace the O-ring, perform another oil change, replace the oil-soaked drive belt, and clean the oil that had been sprayed throughout the engine bay. This left me with hundreds of dollars in unexpected repair costs that I would not have otherwise incurred. I documented everything with photos, videos, repair invoices, and written findings from the second mechanic. When I contacted Master BMW and spoke with the owner Sam, instead of accepting responsibility for the findings, I was told that my vehicle may have already had an oil leak. However, the second mechanic's inspection, diagnosis, and written documentation identified the oil filter O-ring from the recent oil change was the source of the leak. Sam offered the option of having my car towed back to his shop (Master BMW) for inspection, but after experiencing a major oil leak immediately following the service, I no longer felt comfortable having additional work performed here. Once I re-did my oil change with the second mechanic (in order to identify the leak), I was then told that because I had not returned the vehicle to Master BMW for them to inspect, they would not provide a refund for the oil change, reimburse me for the resulting repairs, or take any responsibility for the damages. To make matters worse, I had already been without transportation for several days and was informed that the owner, Sam would be out of town until the following week. I could not wait another week without a vehicle, so I had no choice but to pay another shop to repair the damage so I could safely return to work. What disappoints me most is not that a mistake may have occurred - mistakes can happen in any business. What is disappointing is the refusal to take accountability after another mechanic identified and documented the source of the leak, as well as the unwillingness to work toward a reasonable resolution despite the additional expenses, lost time, and inconvenience this situation caused.
