From my very first phone call, I had a great experience. I called on a Thursday, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire scheduling process incredibly easy. When I dropped my car off on Friday, I explained the steering concerns I'd been experiencing. They listened carefully, assured me they would thoroughly inspect everything, and later that afternoon called to let me know they expected to have the car ready by Monday. What impressed me the most was their honesty. After inspecting my car, they told me they couldn't find anything that needed to be replaced regarding my steering concerns. They easily could have recommended unnecessary repairs, and I never would have known the difference, but they chose to be honest instead. That kind of integrity is hard to find. They also performed a wheel alignment, topped off my tire pressure, and even identified a completely separate issue that will need attention in the future. They gave me a quote for that repair without any pressure or sales tactics. To top it all off, my final bill was nearly $200 less than I had originally expected. I spoke with Rene on the phone, and trusted that he would know what he was doing with a blind tow. AAA came and got it, and delivered it while Rene ordered the parts: an alternator. It was a Saturday, so I knew they closed at 1pm, and I thought I wouldn't get my car back until Monday. Well, lo and behold, Rene called near 4pm to tell me to come get it. Upon arrival, he told me as a new intake, they did an inspection, found little stuff, made some recommendations, and sent me on my way for the initially-quoted price (1/2 off the dealer!). AMAZING!
