I am normally very pleased with this place. However I got my brakes done and a cam cover part done 11/13/2023. For the past couple of weeks I have been noticing the gas smell (of which was the issue for the cam cover) and a squeak coming from my front brakes(of which I had both front and rear replaced) my husband called Europa Motors and let them know what's going on and see if they could look at it without charge given it was done so recently. They informed him their warranty is 3 months / 3000 miles. I think it is completely ridiculous that it is only short of 3 months by a couple weeks and I haven't hit anywhere near 3000 miles and they won't relook the work THEY did. If it were a new issue or something I had brought it in for a long time ago I would understand. But overall terrible customer service, will not be bringing back my vehicle or any vehicle in the future. Makes sense as to why their warranty is only 3 months and they stand so firm with that, since my issues started right around or shortly after that mark. read more

Honest shop!!!!! I called for a service on my car and I actually had a huge quote from the dealership. Well I spilled the beans and gave this shop all of the info of a previous quote I got from the dealership. After hanging up my husband just looked at me and said you know they will probably now charge you the same as the quote or just a little lower. My stomachs was in knots because the dealership quote was extra large. When the office lady called me back and said they didn't know why the dealer was quoting so high for the service and quoted me way less, that sealed the deal! I'm very upset with Europa Motors. My mom and I have been customers for years and this last time I took my car in they left my car very messy because I chose not to leave it there because I couldn't afford it at the moment. They tossed equipment in my car and chipped a piece of paint off the front of my car. I haven't called in because im still pissed at the way they treated my car and I will not be taking it back there. I also got new parts put in with them almost a year ago and the parts already went bad and need replacement. This is outrageous. Not to mention they OVERCHARGE. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred by another shop because it is hard to find places that will work on Volvos. I called ahead and told them the work I needed done. I work out of town and would be gone during their work hours so I set up a night drop off of my vehicle. They open at 7 am, at 7:30 am I got a call from them confirming they had my car and the mechanic had started the work. They called me by name every time I called. Their diagnosis confirmed what I thought was going on and they found other things going wrong that I had seen evidence of too. Their prices were dead on with what I found for parts and the cost for labor was what I expected. I went to Europa to get my old car smogged as I was planning on selling it. It passed the pre-test, but somehow didn't pass smog. I was then told I needed to pay $100 for a diagnosis. I paid this amount only to be told my car needed over $1000 in repairs. My car was only worth twice that amount, so there was no way I was going to paying this. It also ran like a champ. So I took it to another smog station and it passed without a hitch. Don't trust these people. If they think they can rip you off, they will. Note to Europa: You are responding with information from the wrong customer! The fact that you have no idea who I am only shows how often this happens at your business. read more

If Europa is a tad higher than other shops, I'm happy to pay because I know the job was done right the first time!!! I adore Jennifer and Marlon; they are wonderful and honest folks whom ALWAYS make me feel special when I'm there. Marlon, the owner, is hilarious and gets me laughing all the time; and the banter between him and Jennifer is entertaining too. Amanda, their other office employee, is very nice too. I appreciate that when Jennifer or Amanda say they'll check and get back to you, they actually do call you back on the same day; very accommodating and professional customer service; you have to appreciate that in today's world. I would not recommend anyone to the shop. Save your money. Ever since I took my Mitsubishi for a basic maintenance (know that my car was always running great) my car has not been the same. I've gone back and they tell me it's something else. Charge me for parts that are not needed. I believe they sabotage my car. I've had to take my car to someone else and spend thousands of dollars. My father also was taking his car there and his car wasn't right either. He's since stopped going there. This shop will take advantage of people and are not honest; charge for parts that are not needed, or not tighten parts so you come back. If you decide to go there be cautious! I had been to quiet a few shops over the past year to identify a problem with my 1996 Lincoln Continental. The service engine light was on and the code(s) said that bank 1 & 2 were running lean. Each time the shops I went to stated i needed this part or that part but each time the monitors set the light came back on. This was costing me and the problem was still there and after a year I was getting a little frustrated. Then i spoke to a friend that referred me to Europa Motors. Just wanted to give my recommendation if anyone's looking for a reputable auto repair shop, Europa is absolutely worth your time!! I've been experiencing a lag in my SUV's power for over six months now. The issue had been intermittent but is happening more often than not lately. Numerous mechanics couldn't really pinpoint where the problem was originating. I finally took it to the Mercedes dealership. Everyone there is nice enough, but the lack of communication on their part kind of bothered me. Long story short, they ended up keeping my car overnight which wasn't even presented to me as a potentiality so that was a bit annoying. When I picked it up the next day they stated that it was an EGR valve that needed to be replaced. In June I pulled the tendons and ligaments in both my ankles so have not worked since and I'm not as financially flush as I'm used to being, so I began searching for a less expensive place to do the repairs. I called Europa motors and Jennifer was very kind and empathetic. Not only that, they worked me into their schedule the very next day! Apparently Mercedes misdiagnosed the problem so now I'm faced with having to pay for more diagnostics AND the new repairs, as soon as it's specificity is determined. I cannot tell you what a relief it was talking to Jennifer at Europa. Especially these days, the customer service I experienced at Europa is just unheard of anymore. Moreover, being a woman, negotiating car repairs can be a daunting venture. I don't know if I've ever felt as reassured that I was in good hands as I did talking to Jennifer. When I explained my financial situation in light of my injuries Jennifer offered to work with me on the repair costs!! I assured her that I am rooted in this community, I am a homeowner and am not going anywhere so she wouldn't have to worry about her generosity backfiring on her or Europa. Oh and I almost forgot another amazing point. Europa DID NOT use aftermarket parts on my car. They used a Mercedes EGR valve!! That's just unbelievably superb in my opinion. This reiteration that the price point was absolutely unbeatable confirmed for me that this is my go-to shop now. From the time they answered the phone at Europa through the repair process, this has been unequivocally the best experience I've EVER had with a repair shop. I have been bringing my cars here for years, without any issues or complaints. They always take care of me, give me a great price and have fixed 2 of my cars, the first one was my Acura which we kept being told was the cadalytic converter, which we replaced but it still wouldn't pass smog until we brought to Europa and they said it was the gas cap. Passed with flying colors after a new $10 gas cap. Next was my Toyota, which the check engine light came on and in order to smog, we had to address this. Again, took to another mechanic and was told it was the 02 sensor which we replaced but still had the problem. We finally took it to Europa and for $99.00 diagnostic fee, they went through my car with a fine tooth comb until they found the simple problem of an electrical issue. I went to Europa motors a few months back as my brother mentioned he was taking his car there to get an oil change and I received excellent service. The staff at the front were kind and courteous. The owner was great and spent time talking with me afterwards and helped me with a sensor. I recently called as my refill coolant light was on and I needed to get down to LA to be with family due to a recent loss and though the staff was extremely busy for the holidays as they are pretty popular in the area, they squeezed me in and took care of me and with quickness.
