The sea-cuterie is such a fun and cute idea, all your favs in one dish. So good I forgot to take a photo lol. The caesar was interesting, I've never had a salad prepared this way and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it, steak fries were perfect. Even to go, the steak was still hot, cooked perfectly, and so soft. I fear I may become a regular here, especially with their location being on the water.

She was absolutely amazing in every way. She went out of her to welcome our friends from Japan, talked to them about how special Phillips is and recommended just the right dishes to them to maximize their visit to Phillips and Maryland. They enjoyed the Crab soup, appetizers, platters and topped it off with some Smith Island cake which she rightly explained was the national dessert of Maryland. To make sure everyone could have a taste of the soup she brought tiny cups so even the kids could have taste. Phillips is lucky to have such a lovely and warm young server that brings about such outstanding experiences for their guests.

We started with the cream of crab soup- always a banger- I do wish it had a little more crab meat in it though. We also had some salad. We shared a pound of shrimp, some oysters and some mussels. My main entree I got the rockfish- blackened. It came with a creamy lemon sauce that was really good. Honestly my favorite part of the meal. They have live music outside with the bar and big tvs if you are watching any sports. The wait is usually long on the weekends so plan to wait for atleast an hour. They now do valet parking which is annoying and the parking is not ideal. But overall still one of our top choices for seafood.

The gorgeous weather played a major role in how electric the atmosphere was, and the outside patio was jubilant and filled with patrons.
