My first visit, I never had lashes done before and Vivi not only explained the process, but helped me pick what would look best on my eye shape. The prices are reasonable and Vivi also allows free corrections if you have any discomfort. It's always clean. Everyone has licenses showing they are qualified. They also make it comfortable with music, blankets, and easy communication. I don't take lightly to allowing someone to put glue near my eyeball, so I genuinely trust and can't recommend Vivi more. If you go on the weekend, plan on making an appointment, but during the week they can usually fit walk ins with a short wait. If you are thinking about trying lashes, trust Vivian. I've experimented different styles. Also, it's important they put the lashes INDIVIDUALLY one by one on your natural lashes. Places often put them on your eyelid that's faster but how you get an infection. Vivian doesn't cut corners and genuinely is so kind and talented. I hope this helps give some more insight! My nail technician was Jean, and when I first started going to her, I was very happy with my services. However, over time, I began noticing several red flags. I would routinely make my appointments two weeks in advance, only to arrive at my scheduled time and still have to wait. I also noticed that Jean would tell me she could do certain nail designs, but once the appointment began, it would become apparent that she could not execute the design as promised. During my most recent visit, I specifically asked Jean beforehand if she could complete a particular design, and she assured me that she could. As the service progressed, I realized that the design was not coming out the way I had requested. I very politely asked her to stop because I was not happy with how it was turning out. Her reaction made me uncomfortable, and it felt as though she was upset with me for simply expressing my concerns. To make matters worse, she had already cut my cuticle during the service. At the end of the appointment, I felt extremely uncomfortable because it seemed like they were rushing me out of the salon. My nails were done on Friday, and they are already chipping. For the price I paid and considering the fact that I have been a loyal customer for almost three years, that is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is also not the first time I have felt that Jean has been aggressive or had an unpleasant attitude toward me. I have overlooked previous incidents because I genuinely wanted to support the salon and maintain a good relationship with my nail technician. However, this experience crossed the line for me, and I will no longer be returning. Another issue is the front desk. The owner, Jessie, also handles the front desk by herself, which frequently results in very long lines just to pay and leave. I understand that running a business can be challenging, but after being a customer for nearly three years, I expected a better overall experience. It honestly saddens me to write this because I have supported this salon for a long time. However, loyalty should be appreciated and met with professionalism, good customer service, and quality work. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience I am receiving here. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because I would hate for other long-term customers to have similar experiences.
