Beautiful one-of-a kind gifts! I get all of my monogramming done here. Very professional and quick turn around on custom work.

The whole team at Mychelle's is incredible! I was referred here after purchasing my wedding dress…read morefrom Ava Laurenne and I am so grateful they sent me to her! The team is incredibly talented and professional, and truly listened to each and every detail on what I hoped to change on my dress. She worked tirelessly to make my dress fit perfectly and she did not stop until I was genuinely 100% happy. She has such a lovely and calming presence, exactly what you need during what can be a stressful season! They were also wonderfully accommodating with scheduling and made it so easy to fit my appointments into my busy schedule. I could not recommend this place more!! Definitely go here if you want a true piece of mind and a team that deeply cares about each piece. Thank you so much, Mychelle's!

I came in to get a haltered jumpsuit altered that I got from Amazon. It *only* needed this small…read moreextra fabric in the front removed to make it look perfect on me. Seemed like an easy procedure but it cost me $30 something dollars! Basically as much as I paid for the jumpsuit, but whatever. When I came to pick the jumpsuit up, I tried it on, and noticed that they made additional alterations around the chest area. I asked them WHY when I only came in for a simple alteration but they then gave me "their professional opinion". It really pissed me off bcus now I cannot move my arms around in that jumpsuit bcus it definitely causes a nip slip---ofc I wear nipple covers----but BEFORE that alteration I did *not* need to worry about that. They even saw how easily my nipples were slipping out but offered no solution. Just sent me on my way..... terrible customer service. I'm never coming back here again.

My maid of honor made an appointment ahead of time, weeks prior. Got a confirmation email for the…read moreappointment. No questions of what are you looking for in a gown, price range, who will be helping with the fitting... OK. No problem. Arrive. There is no staff. Eventually a teenager emerges from the back room. Hello, are you Cienna? Yes. Im looking for a dress within x amount price range, but am willing to go over if i find something nice. "Ok that rack over there is under X amount but it's sold as is." She was of no help. She told me to hand her what i wanted to try on . I handed her 2 dresses and then she handed them to my mom. To give to me to try on. Meanwhile, my maid of honor is looking at dresses on another rack that have stains. The place was filthy. I think it's a front.

Of all six bridal shops I've been to, this has been one of the more efficiently run ones. Here, Melanie would hand me a new gown as i handed her the old one. She'd let me step into it (instead of micromanaging me and dressing me like a toddler like some other places), she'd clamp/zip me up, I'd come out, show it off, then go back into the changing room and take it off, and rinse & repeat. They have a cute floral backdrop to take pics against as well. They had a nice selection of dresses. Three of my bridesmaids joined me for this trip and they all felt comfortable and that they could be themselves. Some other shops I've been to were stiff or very quiet. Diamonds & Pearls was also the first (and only!) shop to suggest turning off the lights so I could see how the dress would look at night time and in darker settings. They do offer in house alterations as well. The only downside to this place was that they didn't have multiple mirrors to see different angles; it was just the one large mirror per my photo. Overall I really enjoyed working with Melanie! She was in my top 2 of bridal shop attendants I've had. My appointment was 90 minutes and because of how efficient it was, I got to try on a lot of dresses!
