Joe made it happen. Without going in to many details I explained the issue of my parking brake and my steering wheel feeling tight when making turns. Number 1 some mechanics when they see that you are young, black and female with a Benz they immediately see fresh meat aka prey. However thankfully this was not the case here. My little Benz was no Christmas for Bavaria they already had other cars In the garage that was way more fancy than mines. Joe said if I could leave it they will take a look at it ASAP. Honestly at that point I was not in a rush anyway. Joe asked if I had an extended warranty. I was shocked because I forgot I bought one, every time i tried to use it in the past , seems like nothing is covered and the company never wants to pay. Furthermore, I was surprised Joe even asked. Usually I would have to inform the mechanic I had one and hope to God they would be willing to go through the process to use it. But in this case. Joe assured me he would try and he did. I had a zero deductible!!!! I was very pleased. After this Joe informed me of my service (A) aka oil change which I was aware of. So I had him to complete all the other work I needed on my car: auxiliary battery, wipers, drive belt (I didn't know about the drive belt , but thankfully his mechanics caught it) I was very pleased with Joe's personable attitude, also his mechanic greeted and chat with me and was friendly as well. At no time did I feel uncomfortable, undermined, or spoken to in a uncomfortable, male chauvinistic obnoxious , rude manner like other mechanics. Also Joe did not charge me for the diagnostic fee on top of the repairs like Roger at the V shop was trying to ( see my review for the V shop) It was also a beautiful surprise they washed me car inside and out!!! Seriously when I drove away my car felt brand new like I just pulled it out the dealership for the first time. I couldn't have been more pleased. The service was above and beyond and fair prices! Im so grateful as I prayed that God would lead me to a good person. Prayer answered. Thank you!

The first car VW CC 2012 came back from regular oil change with a vibration on 75mph+. Brought back the car back and was told it new rear tires. I am not a car guys and I used to trust Joe for years. By the moment I did not know that Ashley rules the place now. So, I agreed for new tires. Two uber rides, a few hundreds for tires, I expected nothing but good. It was still vibrating and I was charged for another oil change service. Yes, they charged for the same twice. I search on internet called them back asked to check tires balance. I was told, now I need new front tires. Few more hundred dollars, new tires, and vibration still there. At third time they did find they lost weights on tires. It was their fault they admitted they lost weights, but it took a few weeks, several hundred dollars and endless calls. They denied to take the tires back and promised credit for the oil change next time which they forgot. 2. The second car RAV4 2010 was taken to the place today to change oil and to fix tire pressure sensor. 5 minutes after the car was picked up from service, "Check Engine" light popped up and the engine started to run on high RPMs then dropped down then jumped up again. I checked the engine the air pipe disconnected. See the picture. Then "Slip Indicator" popped up, which makes me thinking they broke it when were changing tire pressure sensors. There was also broken handle on the passenger door. Replacement was initially in the bill, but then removed. They said they did not receive the part. If they did not have the part, I do not know why the door is all dirty around inside and outside. Everything is in oil spots.

Their shop doesn't win any awards for aesthetics, but never mind that. I found them by chance. Since then I have taken all my cars to them and recommended them to anybody who needs a mechanic. Took a used car I was considering buying for my daughter for them to check out. Wow! The put it up on the lift, checked it from the suspension to the exhaust, removed wheels to check brakes/rotors, checked A/C, alternator, electrical system, computer diagnostics. They even drove the car. After giving it a clean bill of health, they charged me 1/3 of quotes I was getting from others, who I doubt would be as thorough. That was 4 years ago, and to this day they still remember the car and ask about my daughter who went off to college in the car Dad bought! Can't get better.

Their synthetic oil change is too expensive according to other shops. I think 65-69 would be a good price for synthetic oil change. Some of the workers there are very friendly but some of them are not very friendly. Some of them don't speak English (maybe this is why). I don't know if I will come back there to change my oil or something else. I will think about it. One thing I think they should be: FRIENDLIER. Also avoid asking costumers inappropriate questions (ex: personal questions). I will give 3 stars, because the place is nice and they are very quick doing the job. But the oil change still expensive and they need to be friendlier.

The price was less than half of what the dealership charged me and their wating room is pretty nice. Clean bathroom, small vending machine and a TV to pass the time.
