I told him and he said ok and gave me a price. Ten minutes later he tells me to pull in. After I do another guy comes and asks me what tires I need to change. It was obvious and my lady friend said something like really obvious. The tall guy over heard and made a comment about if you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.

This week, my water pump started leaking again. I called Preferred Automotive and spoke with Frank about the situation. He was great and asked if I could bring it in that same day so he could take a look, which I did. After inspecting it, he confirmed that the water pump was leaking. Without any hesitation or issues, he told me to bring it back and that he would take care of it at no charge. What more can I say? Preferred Automotive is one of the most reputable, friendly, and honest repair shops I have ever dealt with. From our experience they do quality work however they have no problem lying through their teeth when it comes to what you are being charged. It is not okay to tell a customer that the price is one thing, agree to the price and then change the price after the vehicle has already been dropped off and the work has already begun especially when the scope of work stayed exactly the same as agreed on. Stop scamming people out of their money, and just do the right thing by people. It goes a long way.
