The service here is top tier! I went for my first wax and they made sure I was very comfortable. It's not as painful as you think. I received a bikini wax, arm pit, and leg. The legs were more intense than anything. A small price to pay for graceful beauty. read more

The service went by really quickly and I ended up setting my next 2 month's appointments shortly after checkout. October 2017 update: The owner called me personally and offered me complimentary services at her Lakeway location where I met an amazing wax therapist who did such an awesome job. I hope every future experience is as good. July 2017: I have been a customer of European Wax Center for over a year. I have always been a customer of the EWC in the Triangle and loved every visit. When I moved to my new house last year, the EWC on 620 was the closest and convenient. During my visit in July 2017, the staff that waxed my eyebrows burnt by skin. There was no apology but since it was the first time a mistake was made I was willing to let it go. My visit in August however, a different person worked on me and burnt both my eyebrows and my lip. She was not apologetic either but kept blaming me for not telling her about the products I use - which I haven't changed in the last 15 years. Sigh! She told me that someone from the center will call me in 48 hours to talk to me. It's September now and I am still waiting for the call. read more

I'm really glad this location opened up as I had been looking for someone to do my brows correctly. I found that person in Lisa. She listened to what I wanted and takes her time getting it just right. She is also very sweet. I am also impressed with the high standard of cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Even though there are several locations, I never feel like just a number here, and I've been lucky getting the appointment times I need. Some of the prior comments stated they felt pressured into buying things. I never have purchased any products but I did purchase several appointments in advance because it saves me money! read more

It was my first and last appointment at this location. I will stick with one where the people are nice and understanding of life circumstances. I called to get a reschedule and the only time that was offered was one particular time. I got there as quickly as I could and called on my way to let them know I was coming. Arrived exactly at the 8 minute window and I asked if they would still get me in on the phone and she said yes- ran in and waited 2 minutes at the front for someone that then said- oh no we can't now it's too late. I explained that I'm in a wedding tomorrow and had an emergency with my pet the day before which made me have to cancel my appointment the day before. I begged since the wedding for just a quick touch up... I mean NO empathy. I know I was late- a meeting I had ran over and traffic was much worse than normal. This is why I called to talk to them. I was willing to let the next appointment go first. Anyway- very disappointed and will discourage people to go here based on this. read more

I had a traumatic visit here. I signed up for the first week's free waxing offer. Little did I know that the therapist was not fully trained. During my Brazilian, she left me twice alone in the room to seek help - a trainer had to come in 3 times to rescue me - I felt vulnerable & worried I'd be injured/burnt! The trainer should have taken over - so unprofessional. Then, on leaving, they still tried to sell me products & a next visit! I will never go again & would not recommend them. read more

What great service! From the moment the girls answer the phone to the attention that's given upon arrival! I've been to other locations but this by far has been the best. I was lucky enough to have been attended by Maria. She made me feel so comfortable. Let's be real, getting a Brazilian wax is very invasive and embarrassing....oh, and painful! But not with Maria. I got the free waxing and it turned out nicely. What I didn't like was right after they pressured me to book another appointment. They tried to sell me products but I told them I didn't have the money for that. Anyways my mom goes and does the free waxing and she comes home with all these brow products. One was a liner for someone who has dark brown hair. We have very light blonde hair. My mom told me that they told her it was a neutral color for brows if she used it lightly. A friend with me who is a makeup artist laughed. I returned the makeup that day and all the products my mom bought. I don't like feeling pressured to schedule an appointment or buy their products and they pressure big time here. Which is why I give them one star. read more

I usually go to a different EWC but was running errands in the four points area the other day so made an appointment here. I have heard that it's bad idea to go to a new center unless you want to be a guinea pig. However, I took my chances for convenience sake. My waxer was Avery and she did a fantastic job! My daughter had a good experience getting her legs waxed here; however, when it came time for her next appointment her esthetician had left this location (or maybe the company) and no appointments were available at the time that we had booked with any of the other estheticians. Would have been nice if they called us prior to the day of her appointment. I tried another esthetician that was recommended by the front desk. After explaining in detail how she can't take too much off or it will make one of my eyebrows look considerably shorter, she did it anyway. I had to wait 3 months for my brow to grow back in and now I'm back to my favorite place, Bee Waxed in Bee Caves. Much further drive, but at least they listen! read more

The girls at the front desk are so polite and helpful. My waxer, Leanna, was absolutely amazing and so professional. I have seen incredible results.
