I've been a loyal customer to EWC for 10 years + years. I love the hard strip-less wax, the products, and the packages. This European wax center in particular is usually very busy, so getting a last minute appointment or a walk in is nearly impossible. The front desk hosts are always welcoming and prompt to check you in. I'm not picky with wax specialists so I just take whoever I can get. I recently visited to get my eyebrows waxed and when my wax specialist called to take me back she never mentioned her name. She did a great job, but not having an introduction was a bit awkward. Pro tip- if you are a student or in the military they offer a "student pass"- buy 3, get 1 free (any service) And occasionally (usually around holidays) they offer a buy 9, get 3 free. read more

Walked in there with basically one crazy eyebrow and walked out with two great ones :) Percy asked me what I wanted, explained what she would do, and made sure I knew it was ok to ask for adjustments to make sure I was happy. This is by far the best place to get waxed! It is so clean and feels almost like a dr office- so clean and well taken care of! They are great at having online bookings, and it's super easy if you do have to cancel (I really appreciate they give you reminders and don't have consequences if you have to cancel). They are always available to pick up the phone and help you out. They aren't cheap but I just spread out my bookings and that helps a little. They also have passes like buy 9 get 3 free and that has helped too! The passes do not expire so that's great! Their tables are high, they have a stepping stool but if you if you are worried about the tables I would call ahead of time and ask about it. Wish I could turn the clock back and never step foot in this place. I brought my daughter here 2 months ago and they did a number on her face and neck. I don't know if it's the product they used or a combo of the esthetician pulling every which way and putting several layers of wax on my daughters neck, over and over again. It looks like it ripped the skin off in places. We called, they said to put a cold compress on and it will go away. Well, it didn't go away. Here we are 2 months later and it looks like it may scar. Not as prompt as the San Jose [Coleman] location because I was called in a few minutes after my appointment time. Although the delay didn't upset me, I certainly noticed it. Friendly girls at the check-in counter and as usual, products, offers, and promotions are featured along the desk and walls for those that have an impulse problem. I only have that problem when it comes to food, mainly desserts but I only came in for one thing and that's exactly what I received; my waxist didn't try to up sell any of their products which made my life as a customer stress-free. The check in discount only applies to new customers. Brazilian wax $45+ tax and that includes the ass as well if you want. It's one of those things I wish us women don't have to endure.. the pain and costly procedures we go through just to maintain our appearance.
