I am so happy with Cool Sculpting. I want to share my experience so that others could benefit as I did from this quick painless treatment. A couple of years ago I went to Rejuvenate MediSpa with some stubborn fat that I couldn't get rid of through exercise. Cool sculpting was recommended for me based on my needs. The experience lasted about 40 minutes and was not painful. The only effect I felt was a small amount of suction on the fat that was being frozen away. Stacy, the technician was very gentle and was interested in making me feel comfortable. She answers any question with lots of detail that is easy to understand. After, I could see some results right away, but the real results took place about eight weeks later. I was so happy that my pants felt loose again! The fat was gone and has not returned. Now Dr. Jay has a machine that works twice as fast. It works on two parts of the body at the same time. Periodically I go back because as I get older, it's harder to keep the same figure without a little help. I have treated various parts of the body with the same success. I would recommend this treatment for anyone who wants this procedure to go to Rejuvenate and see Dr. Jay and Stacy for a plan that is suited to your needs. read more

For anyone looking to get potenza treatments. I purchased this expensive treatment for acne scars. I was told by Stacy that this was a huge step up from the previous micro needling treatments I was getting. I was so excited and she informed me on how it worked, it would take 8 weeks to see a difference, she was very nice... and was able to adjust the price since I didn't get my forehead done. I let her know by week 2/3 I didn't see any difference but I would honor the process and wait the full 8 weeks. A week before treatment she asked if I still wanted to keep my following appointment and I told her I was not happy with the results because I didn't see ANY difference. She said she would talk to Dr Jay to see how we can make this right. Her reply was it takes 3 treatments to see a difference and you should see at least 20% difference the first time. I had to cancel my appointment unfortunately I can't keep paying for something I don't see working. I am a new teacher, just graduated and definitely invested on this treatment. Please do more research than I did on this treatment specifically for acne scarring. It would take many, many treatments to see a major difference and I do not believe this is the best treatment for acne scarring. read more

I am disappointed by my lip filler done here. One side of my upper lip is overfilled/migrated and it was noticeable immediately after treatment. Over a month and a half later, my lips have settled but the bump above my lip border has remained. They have offered to dissolve it but I do not want to get injected again. I'm opting to let it dissolve naturally over time; hoping it goes away ASAP. This experience has turned me off from getting any kind of filler in the future. read more

Yesterday was my first time getting lip filler! I was super nervous as I have a fear of needles and I prefer more of a natural look! Stacy took the time to ease my fears and we decided that the volbella would be best. She made sure that I was numb before the procedure started.
