My experience going to this salon has been amazing and exceeded my expectations. The overall look of the salon is modern and has been recently remodeled nicely. My stylist just so happened to be owner and operator George. We talked about what I wanted to achieve with my hair and how I wanted to get it healthy and grow. As we went over my options I noticed that they also did hair extensions. So I also inquired about that. Over a matter of weeks we focused on getting my hair and scalp healthy while he ordered my hair extensions. By the time it was install day my hair was healthy and ready for hair extensions installs. George is the most detail-oriented hairdresser god I have ever seen. He worked on every detail of my damaged, fried hair until it was perfect literally perfection. I came back after going to another hairdresser in santa cruz that burnt and fried all my hair off for the second time literally having bald spots and having my hair gone from long 18"inches to only having 8" inches of hair left. George is the best, after getting my hair fried by another stylist he was able to fix my hair. From the start I love how the main goal was to maintain my hair healthy, the process of fixing my fried hair was explained to me which made me feel very comfortable. George also made goals with me on how we were going to help my hair grow back thicker and healthier. Given my hair was so thin we decided to go with tape in extensions. Not only was the color spot on but it blended completely with my hair making it look super natural. George made sure to explain to me how to properly care for my extensions and since I was properly explained how to take care of these extensions I can go over the suggest usage time of the extensions. Getting extensions helped me boost my self esteem as my hair was so fried. People are always complement my hair and when I tell them their extensions they can't believe it. I've been getting Brazilians from Veronica for about the last 5 years and I'm absolutely confident in saying she is the best of the best. Her waxes are always quick, as painless as they can be, and filled with so much lovely conversation. There are no broken hairs, no terrible ingrowns, and no sensitivity or lifting... EVER!! I'm a licensed and trained esthetician and I love and respect how much knowledge she has about all of the services she provides and how much work she puts in to always be learning something new and adding the latest and greatest treatments to her menu. Her treatment room is always clean, calm and welcoming. Sanitation and hygiene are huge in this industry and she takes that seriously. I go to her religiously for Brazilians every month, but I've received most of the services she offers and they've all been wonderful with great results. I highly recommend her newly added lash lifts - they keep my lashes curled for about 8 weeks. I've lived all over the Bay Area and currently work in San Francisco, and I will always make the drive over 17 to see her every 4 weeks, I simply don't trust anyone else! I will follow Veronica to any salon, city, county, state, country, continent, universe... yes she is that good! They courteously said the esthetician just got back from lunch but would gladly take me! I was stoked !
