When we arrived we both wanted to add dermaplane and Alexandra recommended the 90 min oxygen facial. My sister and I agreed so we ended up splitting days. My sister had hers first and she was glowing. My sister said that she and Alexandra chatted a bit but mostly just quiet during the treatment. For me, Alexandra and I had some casual conversation up until the massage point. So if you're a girly who likes silence or a girly who can chat Alexandra will meet the energy. What I liked the most was the heated bed (!!), but mostly and the care Alexandra took to make sure my skin was not reactive. I tend to flush and she was conscientious about that for my treatment. Sonia knew that my appointment was for my wedding, and she diligently checked in all day to see when she could access her salon. She was finally able to get to the salon that evening, and generously offered to bring her equipment to the home I was staying in to do my lashes right away. I was very impressed by her dedication. My stylist just so happened to be owner and operator George. We talked about what I wanted to achieve with my hair and how I wanted to get it healthy and grow. As we went over my options I noticed that they also did hair extensions. So I also inquired about that. Over a matter of weeks we focused on getting my hair and scalp healthy while he ordered my hair extensions. By the time it was install day my hair was healthy and ready for hair extensions installs. They were installed and they look great. I go back every other month for a move up and when the extensions have no life left I order more packs from George and he installs them for me.
