Before coming here, I would go to my usual Renton salon once a month, and I always experienced so much pain. Not going to lie, a small tear would usually escape because of how painful it was. But this place was completely different! The whole process probably took about five minutes. She asked if I wanted my brows thinner, but I decided to keep them a little thicker than I usually do because over time at my previous salon, my brows had become thinner. I had been growing them out so I could start fresh. I looked at my brows afterward and was so pleased with the outcome! She explained that since my brows are still in the growing out phase, when I come back next time, she'll be able to make the arch even softer and less prominent. However, she will not force you to do something you don't want too or not needed at this time. Also, she was very kind and friendly, so you won't feel like you're out of place. My eyebrow was quite a mess and have not been touched for many weeks (you can't really tell in the picture, but it's all over the creation). She did really great cleaning and fixing my eyebrow. Being 38th week pregnant her place was quite accommodating and she has a very comfy bed for facials and other services. Also, she has a comfortable chair that I didn't mind sitting down for a very long time. The location is quite confusing if you're new to the place it will make you stop in the middle of the road, but that's because I used waze . The location is right behind the Surprise medical therapy/clinic. So you will have to go around. It's free parking so that's always a good thing. Pammi is easy to communicate with via text messaging or by calling. She will work her schedule that works well with you. I originally found her via Groupon and even without the Groupon her price is much better compare to other locations. Her regular price for an eyebrow wax or thread is $10 and not to mention another $10 if you want the tint that will last at least two weeks. I recommend Pammi and can't wait to try her facial treatment after I give birth. She have worked in this business for many years and is now starting her own in this location.

When I got to the salon the person at the front desk looked annoyed and irritated as she had to show me where to go. When I got to Pam's area she already had another customer and was in the middle of the service but kept her appointment with me. She was quick, but her work was mediocre and I felt as if she was trying to rush me out. There were stray hairs that I found when I got home and plucked them myself. I think she applied some type of gel with a brush to help enhance my eyebrows, but that brush hurt...usually I get a lotion or something else to help soothe the eyebrow after getting threaded. Did not find this place to be professional or worth my time and money.
