After the clunky appointment process, I got a text saying that the provider was with family and wouldn't be able to accommodate the appointment. I had called a number of estheticians and it's probable I made a mistake so to be safe, the next morning I replied to all the emails confirming the appointment and also tried calling to say it was my understanding the appointment was cancelled. No reply to my emails and the phone number didn't have a voicemail, but because you have to enter a CC to make an appointment, they charged me a no show fee even though I could document all of my attempts to clarify if I actually had an appointment or not.

Never again. Also when other customers came in, they didn't tell them they didn't have hot water, so three other people had to experience the cold water and the scolding hot water....
