During my Brazilian, the wax kept getting stuck and ripping over very sensitive areas. However, on the left side, it was by far the worst. 4 times, she put more wax over the large, stuck peice with no success. Then, she tried to rip the chunk of wax piece by piece, then tried to cut it off, both of which were extremely painful. I was trying to stay calm and hold back tears but was sweating profusely and shaking. She kept apologizing, saying "I'll never forget this", then blamed the thickness of my hair and told me this could be prevented if I purchase the salon exfoliating wipes. After 20 mins of failed attempts, she called in her manager. While I was on the table still, they used me as a "teaching moment" or training. If the technician needs training, why is she working with paying clients? Finally, they got it off and had to leave patches of hair because my skin was inflamed. I was trying to stay calm to not make the technician feel bad, but she should not be working with clients. During my wax, I feared serious injury and did not feel safe. I was expecting to have my service comped and was shocked when it wasn't. So, I paid and left a tip, I really didn't know what to say. I've had many waxes before at 8 different salons but NEVER an experience like this. This felt unsafe and reckless. I'm disappointed in the training of the staff. I should not have had to experience this. I most likely won't be getting a Brazilian again... at European Wax or anywhere else. Super disappointed! My wife scheduled an appointment and drove a half hour for an eyebrow wax. She received a confirmation email and was excited about the visit. Upon arrival there was a note on the door that said "one person only". She was with our 8 year old and the email mentioned NOTHING about this requirement. She was not about to leave our sone alone and the person that greatest her gave no empathy emotion and ended up turning her away. She said "we sent you an email" and double checking that email it said nothing about the restrictions. read more

Harmony was super knowledgeable and personable! She did a great job on my eyebrows that hadn't been touched in over a year! Very thankful she waxed and touched up exactly what I needed...Kristina was super friendly and helpful in helping me decide on the lotion I needed/wanted for my skin.. she was nice and offered more services/wax pass..I had one in the past but let her know I need to evaluate my needs/budget before making decision and she was very respectful and not pushy but let me know the info on it which I appreciated. it's my very first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was recommended to go to European wax, The waxer I got was nice but when I got home I noticed I still had a lot of hair left over that she didn't get and wax residue still left on my skin. read more
