On 9/18/2023. One year and 15 days after I returned two pair of glasses that were missprescribed by Europtics optometrist in Cherry Creek Denver, I received an invoice for $75 for the re-examination visit to correct the incorrect glasses. When I reached out to the Doctor I was informed she was not sure why I hadn't been billed, but I owed the money since she performed her professional services. By the way one pair is still incorrect. I then reach out to the store with no call back. I just ended up paying this year old bill and again reached out to the store. This time they hung up the phone twice. I returned to Europtics after having purchased several frames in the past. After spending nearly an hour trying on various frames, when it came time to get a cost for the frames and lenses, the Europtics staff member showed me a number on the calculator and said "plus tip." No explanation was given to the cost breakdown; type of lenses, the cost of the frame. The frame selected was not inexpensive. Never have I had any person in an eye wear store communicate a tip in the cost of glasses. Tipping is customary in more service industries such as restaurant. In a high eye wear store such as Europtics? Really?! I expect better of Europtics. I left the store to think about the frames and have not returned since. read more

Europtics is INCREDIBLE. I have a pair of Yuichi Toyoma frames and they've had the wrong size screw in them for about a year and it has consistently been falling out which in turn causes my frames to fall apart. I've been dealing with this for over a year now and it has caused me significant stress because i can't function without my glasses. Today i walked in and met Barbara. I asked if she could replace the screw for me and they had the exact screw i was looking for. I was out the door in under ten minutes. So much stress lifted off of my shoulders! 18 years ago, I purchased many pairs of very exquisite glasses from Europtics. I shopped at the Park Meadows location at that time. I moved to a different state for many years. I have since moved back to Denver. Six months ago, I decided to put together a nice collection of designer glasses. Starting with one. Since the Park Meadows location was closed, I selected Aspen Grove. I called and made an appointment to get my prescription renewed. When I arrived, I was treated to an extremely professional appointment. After I saw the Dr, I was introduced to Renee. She did an amazing job helping me select an amazing pair of designer frames and lenses. Renee and the entire staff have since treated me impeccably. Since then, I have purchased more glasses, and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for designer glasses, or working with anyone besides Renee. Do yourself a favor. It was inconvenient that most of their frames are in individual cases so I kept having to find someone to open them to try them on. The frames not in cases are no where near a mirror. While I don't currently own a pair of glasses from Europtics I have been to the store more than once and can say with certainty that I will definitely own a pair in the near future. My expectations were exceeded when I came in with a pair of sunglasses in need of repair (I lost a screw). These are not Europtics sunglasses, let's just say that they're the first pair of sunglasses I've managed not to lose so for that reason alone I'm having a difficult time letting go (maybe I need a twelve step plan). A woman was quick to assist me and whisked my sunglasses into the back and brought them back to me fixed (with screw) and cleaned in only a few short minutes. No charge for this, only excellent customer service and friendly conversation. As I start letting go of my current pair of sunglasses I see myself returning and buying the Tom Ford sunglasses I fell in love with. Until then, I have the screw I need and am able to see during the sunny Denver days. read more

I have made large glasses purchases at europtics cherry creek four times now over 7 years, I believe a total of 5 frames with lenses. Because I like variety and never wear contacts. I strayed once, last year, to a similar showroom in price and brand quality - so I thought- and regretted it. Europtics' selection and quality of brands- even the lower end- are top notch. If you like very specific looks and colors within your budget from $195-700, with the best frames in the $3-400 range- frames that will last a lifetime...come on in. I've always been offered support in selection there, but I often preferred to try on 40 frames and shop alone...taking 2-3 hours to decide which is quite draining. Today? Not the case. Brittany greeted me immediately, asked only a couple questions, and in 90 min, I tried on enough frames to truly comparison shop in style, type... Brittany just took me under her wing without me even realizing I needed or could accept help shopping! I hate shopping, but not today! I felt like shopping with a very fun, fashionable friend who worked subtler and quickly to get me options while allowing me to browse on my own. I happily purchased a new pair of daily frames and lightweight sunnies in the perfect tint and out the door in no time flat. For a frugal, picky, comparison shopper who usually dislikes retail support because I'm very stubborn and cautious and overthink spending money on quality purchases, I am blown away by the service today. Brittany is irreplaceable, and she even had a customer arrive who requested her specifically and preferred to wait for her instead of work with the many available associates. Bottom line? Keep her and give her a raise.
