    Showed up to my appointment, only for them to tell me that I would need to reschedule. They say they reached out to me, but I only got an email to confirm my appointment. I confirmed on Tuesday which was three days before my appointment. Glad I took time off for this.

    I called, having an emergency; my glasses had broke, and I needed replacements, ASAP…read more After contacting multiple locations along my route, from Nevada, to Pennsylvania, this location seemed best suited for my needs, both in accessibility for parking my truck, and hours of business. I already had a recent prescription, from June of the prior year. My mother, whom had my prescription in hand, contacted LensCrafters, and spoke with Alice, who assured both my mother, & I, that despite the prescription being expired, they would indeed fill the prescription, and create lenses for me, the same day. Alice and I worked out the timing for my arrival, and she assured me that the necessary staff would be on hand to assist me, and ensure that I had glasses, that evening. Erin was the sales assistant who actually assisted me in choosing frames, measuring my focal point, and all of the associated tasks. Chris was the lab technician who created my lenses in an extremely short period of time. I was in, and out, in less than 90 minutes. Thank you, again, Alice, Erin, and Chris. You not only relieve my stress, you gave me back my ability to continue working. I cannot heap enough praise upon these three individuals, and this location in general, for assisting me in a dire situation, and ensuring that I was able to get a replacement pair of glasses, and continue along my journey.

Took time off work and showed up for my appointment (on a Thursday) only for them to tell me they only had doctors for eye exams in on Tuesdays and Fridays. So, took time off work to come in and have no service provided even though I had a set appointment for that exact service.

    Well, I should have read reviews before I went. I had an awful experience at Vision First which -…read moreis a first for me when it comes to healthcare. The first thing I noticed when I entered the clinic was the strong, pungent smell - they do have out air fresheners, but it sticks with you the whole time. When it came time for me to look at glasses, I made clear that I needed these "just in case" and did not want anything expensive or any fancy add ons such as blue reflective tint lenses, etc. I confirmed with the lady what my allowance with my insurance was and made sure to find a pair that was well under that. I knew I would have some sort of copay for my check up ($10) and my lenses ($65), so I almost choked when she said $269. When I challenged her to confirm what the charges were, she rambled off quietly and indicated they were mandatory. When I asked to see the printout of the charges she handed it to me, and I googled a few of the codes she added on. One of them in fact was the blue light. When I challenged her again, she again denied it. After all of that, she had another colleague come up to me and tell me that I was overcharged $100. When I asked them to explain what the $100 overcharge was, they were not able to. Thankfully, I was able to fully cancel the glasses and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Extremely disappointed with this experience - I used to work in insurance, so saw this kind of provider abuse all the time. Please, buyer beware.
