She was 100% willing to look at any other vendors not on her lists, as well. She made sure we were well informed and comfortable with our choices, but that they were our own, not influenced elsewhere. I found her very helpful with small things especially closer to the wedding. Tons of little questions cropped up and Pam was always on it, she reached out to our venue for us and got us answers so we could focus on other things. The day of the wedding she was amazing. As the bride, I had to worry about nothing. She understood what I asked for and made sure it was all set up--and it was! No issues, no mistakes, no problems, everything ran completely smoothly, largely thanks to Pam's presence and help. Cost-wise, very affordable. I pictured a planner to be MUCH more expensive than Pam is (especially when you're dealing with wedding prices, ho boy!) She has a simple down payment and contract, and final payment due closer to day of. All payments and paperwork were handled well and expediently. In the end, she often says "it's whatever you want!" and she truly works to make that happen.

We were very unhappy with the DJ but happy with the Photo Booth set up and staff. My husband and I had DJ Craig for our wedding in September 2023. We had two meetings with him beforehand were we discussed how we would like the night to run. In addition to a list of "must-play" songs (something we were encouraged to complete), we discussed how we would like our table-dash, anniversary dance, alumni photo, and private dance to operate. We also noted on multiple occasions during both calls that we DID NOT want a lot of remixes. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with how DJ Craig managed all of these aspects except for the table dash and private dance. Here is where our issues lie: - Out of our 30 or so must play songs maybe half were played. - As laid out on the Marx Entertainment website we chose a "last song" for the dance floor. DJ Craig played the song we designated as our last song as a way to open the dance floor. - The first 30 minutes were exclusively remixes and bad ones at that. It got to the point where we said something to DJ Craig, and while the music did get better, he still continued to play remixes. Honestly, a Spotify playlist would have been better. - The anniversary dance was something DJ Craig suggested and we loved the idea. However, instead of doing what he had described to us where he starts calling people off the dance floor after some dancing and starting with short time increments, DJ Craig called for anyone married for less than 5 years to leave the dance floor after approximately 20 seconds. People hadn't even REACHED the dance floor to start dancing at that point, including the parents of the groom. Not to mention we are a young couple and that kicked more than half of the people off the dance floor in one sweep. - College alumni photo was announced at a very weird time and very rushed. Just felt awkward - We were immediately asked once the lights turned on to provide a positive video review for DJ Craig. This was extremely uncomfortable and we gave dishonest feedback during it. We would NOT recommend him. Like I said previously, the Photo Booth staff was excellent and we loved the book they made us. We also had no issues with booking or prior communication with Marx. While the set up and logistical execution of the event went well we didn't feel our opinions were considered at all in song selection and that the fun mini-events we had throughout the night went poorly

After an initial FaceTime call, Katie followed up with a personalized timeline of the day, making sure every small event was accounted for, before I even signed a contract! On the day of, Max hung out with the boys and Katie hung out with the girls to take behind the scenes shots before our first look and bridal party photos. Me and my husband agreed, they got along great with our bridal party and were able to blend right in. There was no odd feeling of someone photographing you. My husband and I can both be somewhat awkward people in front of a camera but Katie and Max made us feel very comfortable during our formal pictures. During our initial call, Katie asked if we were a "dancey" group of people. We certainly are, and both Katie and Max were not afraid to get right in the middle of the dance floor to get some awesome snaps. We had guests coming up to us all night complimenting both how nice and how attentive they were! They mixed in great with the crowd to the point they felt like guests. We reserved the 56 passenger bus for our wedding. This clearly made us worried about the logistics as the new 28 persons volume was only half the original 56 persons capacity. Sure enough, the second bus arrived 12 minutes late to the ceremony start time at 5:00pm forcing us to push back the ceremony. In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. Overall very unprofessional and would not recommended this business.

My husband and I rented a bounce house for our kid's Birthday in May of this year. The guy loading…read moreit into my brand-new SUV used a Forklift. I thought he was going to use it just to lift it (they're very heavy), so we could then pull it into the vehicle at a better height. I went around to the second-row seats to assist in pulling it into the car, but they employee helping told me not to. Long story short, he proceeded to use the forklift to actually put this into my car. One of the forks ripped the fabric on the back seat, and actually went through it. I couldn't see this while it was happening as the bounce house was in the way but saw it after I got home and took out the bounce house. My husband called them to see if they would rectify the situation, there was a lot of run-arounds and no resolution. My husband offered to fix it himself if they bought the materials to do so as this would cost 200 instead of the 800$ that we were quoted. They agreed. He has called them multiple times since, and not getting return calls. So moral of the story- They're not personable or easy to work with, nor with they repair any damages they cause to your vehicle when loading it. I expected some dirt from the bounce house given I only had the SUV to pick it up with, not damage to the seat.
