When the technician finally showed up, they had no idea why they were there or whether they were even cleared to do the job -- despite my already confirming everything with Mae Dae's own dispatcher (who I believe was the owner). From there, it only got worse. Appointments were canceled last minute, not once but multiple times, leaving me without AC and wasting weeks of my time. I eventually gave up and hired another electrician, who came out the very next day and fixed everything in under two hours -- no confusion, no cancellations, just competent service.
