I first went to Jessica back in August 2023, and she did spectacular work on my brows. I was supposed to go back in December but didn't make it until March 30th, 2024, so just yesterday. I was hoping it wasn't a fluke and that she could recreate her magic. Even though it had been 6 months, you could barely tell my brows needed the touch-up. Well, let me just say it was even better the second time, no fluke, just raw talent. She was gentle and took her time, and she showed me and asked what I thought. I've had lip blush done before and it healed pretty patchy, so I was a little nervous going into this. I ended up choosing her even though she's about 3 hours away because I couldn't find anyone locally who does this stylof work. I also chose her because she's an award-winning artist and educator, which felt important to me when looking for someone experienced and confident. Her studio is upstairs with a large waiting area and private rooms, which made everything feel clean and comfortable. I showed her a reference from her work and trusted her with the color and shape. She chose a coral/orange tone and I like how it's looking so far. She checked in on me during the appointment and reapplied numbing when needed. I did have a lot of swelling right after, but no bruising. I'm still healing, but I can already see the gradient and it looks way more even than my last lip blush. It also seems to be healing faster and more evenly compared to my previous experience, so I'm excited to see the final result. Overall I'm really happy I made the trip and would go back again.

The studio is very clean, airy and secure. During the consultation, Maria took the time to explain the process in a thorough, scientific manner. She answered all of my questions and was able to book my appointment within the week. At the actual appointment, I was nervous that I might feel the process. Maria placed the numbing gel on my eyebrows, gave it time to do it's job then started the procedure. I kept anticipating feeling the micro blades injecting the glycolic acid into my eyebrows, but her touch is such that it felt as though she was only brushing my eyebrows with a firm brush. While she did this, she explained each step in between chatting which was a great distraction for me. I have had two sessions for color removal and the color is coming out in stages as she explained. I can hardly wait for the end result! I have also seen the work she does with permanent make up and it always looks meticulously and beautifully done.

I saw Kimberly in San Jose, CA for permanent eyeliner in 2018. I got bottom and top eyeliner. The…read morebottom came out great. On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye. It left a very thick and dark mark on my left eye. She admitted she rushed and that both eyes were not done evenly. I requested a refund which she gave a partial one. I have went to a new place this year who also confirmed that this dark black cat eye dot on one eye was a mistake and did not look good. She also said my eyeliner faded funny. I got my eyeliner touched up 5 years later by someone else and it looks great however the dark black dot is still there and it is costing me $500 to remove. I started one session of the removal with a different person. I can't wait to have it gone. I would wish Kimberly would pay for her mistakes when customers have to get them fixed. She rushed and made uneven eyeliner which I've lived with. I do not recommend this person to do your permanent make-up. It has taken me time to write this review but I finally feel ready to put my name out there with this review. I was a customer in 2018. Do not make the same mistake. Do your research.

She has done my upper and lower eyes, lip liner and is working on a bad eye brow job that had been done by someone else. I had pitch black eyebrows that looked like someone drew them on with marker. Now after Kimberly's hard work and patience, we're almost ready to tattoo my brows back on with a natural look. I highly recommend her!! She not only blessed us with better brows but she gave them more life!!! As for me, I had my brows done four times at this one place and it had faded into a very ugly blueish grey color and it was horrible. I would always have to cover up the brows with makeup so it doesnt look so bad... But after the first session with Kate, i didn't have to do anything for them. The only reason why I came back for a touch up was because it's been a year and my brows need more life again. Hehe. & as the results, I am very satisfied with them! Also!!!
