She showed me a couple different lengths to choose from before she started. Massaged my eye area and let me know what she was going to do beforehand. Very gentle, also her hands smelled like massage oil/ incense so that was pleasant. I just got this done today, so can't say anything about the longevity yet. They turned out great, hopefully can get a few weeks out of them. Very nice experience, will likely return here.

She asked how short to cut, then proceeded to cut shorter, and cut even more while painting, then filed even shorter. My long natural nails are now shorter than the shortest gel x length available. The French tip looks horrible, I'm going to just go home and remove it and paint myself. The massage was so bad I had to ask them to stop. To top it off she cut me with the file and it's stupidly painful.
