Stopped in about 1:45 on a Saturday afternoon for a mani and a pedi. They were able to get two of us in right away. They offer a variety of different types of pedicures, but we went with the regular, which included a nail trim and shaping, polish and cuticle trim, light buff, lotion massage, hot towel and choice of polish for $25. Very relaxing environment, unlike some others I've been too where it's super busy and fast paced. read more

Wow. So, my daughter and I have had our nails done at the mall and haven't been 100% wowed by anyone yet. After reading the reviews for this place and realizing it is so close to our home we went to try it out. I am 39.5 weeks pregnant and I cannot even describe how thankful I am to have had my experience here. The chairs for pedicures lift up so that you don't have to hold your legs up while they pumice or remove callus from your feet. My massage was AMAZING! The ladies that worked on us took their time and were super sweet. The price was great! Seriously- I don't know you could still get pedicures for $25 even though we opted for the $35 ones. I told my husband that I may go back once a week just to get the amazing massage even if I don't need a mani or pedi. I highly recommend this place! I got a manicure and a pedicure yesterday. I was real quick to get in but the girl who was younger kept texting on her Apple watch throughout the pedicure, sped through the whole process including trimming and shaping my toenails and polishing them, three coats no dry time between. Then she did my nails, same issue, base coat two polish coats and the top coat and didn't let a single layer dry before she applied the next one on each hand. She put me under the hand dryer because I was using regular polish and I'm looking at my nails with ripples in the top coat where it was reacting with the varnish, and she didn't bring the top coat to the cuticle of my nail so there was a big ridge. Showed my nails to my girlfriend who was in the store with me and her manicurist who said it was a terrible job which I could see myself. Talked to the manager of the store he didn't say nothing, just shrugged and the girl just kept saying it wasn't her fault it wasn't her fault. all they gave me was $5 off the manicure fee. My girlfriend had issues as well with the color that she had requested. Never going back to this store again! read more

Three of us went in on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't very busy. My husband got a pedicure and his mom and I got pedicures and manicures. Everyone was super friendly. They introduced themselves and we spoke quite a bit. Asking if we wanted anything to drink was a nice gesture. They had sodas, and water. The clients that we were in there with at the same time seemed to be frequent visitors as they knew everyone. They did a great job on all of our nails and the manicures (gel polish) lasted at least 2 weeks. For someone who does a lot of hand washing, even with gel, this is hard to accomplish. We were all quite satisfied with our choice. We were a bit in a rush and they didn't waste any time at all nor did they compromise quality. Thank you! read more

Such a bad experience! I wish we would've choose a different salon. my daughter's mail was overpriced. something that she used to do and costed before $35, now was $60! my pedicure, he was keep pushing to get a special pedicure and pay more. He was making me uncomfortable with comments that o have dry skin, and it takes too long. my pedicure didn't take longer than the lady next to me which was was before me there and few steps ahead. He cut corners, he missed steps, as the massaging, and than he took forever just to paint the nails. No design, just plain beige nail color. i had to ask him to dry my toes under the machine. I paid a total of $87 including my daughter's nails. That's a lot of money for such a service. I came home and files my feet myself bc they were rough. That's not how you want to keep a business. Recommended to me by a friend and I've been here twice now. First time was just a pedicure, and the second time was for a mani and pedi. The people are friendly and professional, there is a wide variety of color choices, prices are reasonable and competitive with other local spas, and they are very thorough in their services. The ONLY reason why I am giving this a 4 star review is because during the week they have minimal staff and sometimes you may need to wait if you are walking in. Worst experience I've ever had. Asked for my acrylics to be removed and replaced with a gel manicure. The person used cuticle cutters to rip my acrylics off instead of soaking them off like any other nail place. She ripped a hole in the middle of my nail by doing that causing it to bleed. Then she continued to try and douse the hole in my nail with acetone. I yelled out in pain and asked her to not use that on the now open wound on my finger. She immediately went back to doing it again and I told her to stop working on it, it leave it alone and asked her to paint all my other nails but leave that one alone. She asked me to pay for the service before she painted my nails because "they would be wet when I go to pay", which I did. After I paid she said she wasn't going to paint my nails because 9 painted nails would "look silly". Instead she hopped up and began giving me a shoulder rub to make up for the difference (since she charged me nearly $50 to mess up my nails and then to not actually paint them). I was livid but just wanted to leave as I was in pain from having my nail brutally ripped off and soaked in acetone. She refused to give me a receipt which also is pretty shady. I spent $70 for a regular pedicure and no manicure. I will NEVER be back. I also will be filing a complaint with the DBPR. read more

I decided to get a set of gel nail for an event I was goi g to attend. I have never had this done before because my nails naturally grow nicely. I spent over 100.00 on a mani/pedi and was very pleased until I had the nails removed. I feel as if she was rushing and didn't care to save my natural nails. Since I have had this done before I didn't know to ask her to soak my nails so instead she pulled them off with another artificial nail. When she could get the gel nail to pull up, she cut the real nail. One of my natural nail was cut so far down I was bleeding. To top it off, she left my nails jagged, uneven and ripped. She didn't even buff them out. Very disappointed. Prior to having my nails done at this establishment they were all the same length with no damage. I came home filed, buffed and buffed and my nails have permanent damage until they grow out. They look so bad that I must wear nail polish to cover the damage. read more

I decided to try this place for the first time on Mother's Day and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I was told I would be waiting 10 minutes in the lobby, sat me in the chair and waited another 20 minutes. I should have left, but I wanted to treat myself to a service since I have a baby at home and never get to do that. They only had gel available to choose from, although I only wanted regular polish. None of that was communicated. The guy started out doing a nice job in the beginning of the pedicure and I enjoyed the massage chair. However the light on the lamp to dry the gel polish kept short circuiting, taking more time to dry. He tried to put my foot in my sandal without me noticing, the color was splotchy, discolored, not the color I chose and looked awful. I was already now going to now be late to a planned family dinner. A pedicure shouldn't take more than an hour, I ended up there for 2 hours!! He had to then file the gel off, it hurt my skin and when he put the new regular polish I suggested on, it stung horribly. I wanted to cry. I was then charged $42 for bad service and they didn't even seem to care. I was late to dinner and it ruined the day. Would never go back to this place. read more

Me and my friend went in for a mani pedi and we were so rushed. It wasn't busy at all. My toes look like I could have done them myself. She was also on her phone way too much during my time. When I was drying my nails I was rushed and had the fan turned off on me. So I paid for messed up toes and nails. The foot message part was also very disappointing, like 20 seconds on each foot WHILE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE.... I was nothing but nice to them. I have tried tons of nail salons in Melbourne and I thought they were great until I came here. This salon has a gorgeous interior that looks exactly like the photos and a staff that wants to help. I got my first set of acrylic nails and wanted French tips so they put on white tips to save me money. That's right they care enough to ensure that you pay a fair price. I will admit from the exterior I was sure it wouldn't be nice but I was so wrong. Make sure you walk in those doors so that you can experience the relaxation that I did. Okay, so went to have a girls day with my best friend. First of all, the "spa" chairs were in awful shape, all the pleather was peaking off. Second of all, the nail polish selection was all dried out and looked really old. But I thought whateves it had good reviews. My friend and I sat around for what seemed like forever before we were helped, once we were helped we were rushed through everything. It's like they had a million other clients even though the place was practically dead, the foot and hand massages were practically nonexistent, the person who was taking care of me didn't really speak English and he cut off most of my nails down to the quick. They people were very rude and ignored my friend and I and acted like they didn't care that we were even there. We were rushed out of there and my nail polish got all smugged and looks awful, I could have done a better job by myself and saved money. There is nail polish all over my toes, and he even cut me to the point where I bled. This is the worst experience and place I've ever been. The sound of tranquil fountains relaxed me along with the massage chair and hot stone treatment. The staff was very friendly and the color selection was great. The prices were very competitive. It's a charming salon, the massage/pedi chairs are updated and provide great massages! They aren't pushy on upsells. The pedicures come with exfoliant and and massage. The utensils came from an enclave and were opened in front of me. For my wedding I brought in a specific color I wanted. There were 4 staff members helping me to achieve the color I wanted! I felt pampered! Jade usually does my eyebrows as well as nails and does such an amazing job! I always tell her I want my nails looking as thin and natural as possible and she never disappoints.
