Love the Nail Spa. Always professional, clean & the best leg massage using hot stones **included** w/pedi. Some may think it cost a little more than other salons, but who wouldn't pay extra these days for a clean environment where they sanitize after every customer? Some staff have their specialty so you won't have staff not comfortable w/doing gels, dips or tips attempting to work on your needs. They're all great, love Diane on my brow waxing & regularly mani/pedi. She never takes off too much. Tom & Rachel give fantastic massages & do gels; Lisa & Ivy do great job w/gels, tips & dips, designs. I've relocated in Brevard a few times. The place is clean and I've only been there twice. The first time an older lady took care of me and the experience was fine. The second visit was as awful. The older lady was put out because I was a walk inn customer. Then she had a young man working there to do my pedicure. He was awful. I was very specific about what I wanted but he didn't do what I told him. He went in the water with a nail clipping tool and the next thing I yelped because he hurt me. He did exactly what I told him not to do. I left and hoped for the best. The next day my toe was sore. The soreness continued for the next few weeks. Went to the doctor yesterday and now I'm antibiotics for an infection in my toe. i told this to a friend of mine who had a similar experience there. She also told me of a couple ladies that had bad experiences there with that same fellow. Skip this place. read more

I love coming to nail spa to get my nails done. My mother and I have been coming to nail spa for at least 10 years. They are the only nail salon I go to in Melbourne. The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. On my most recent visit, Tina was my nail technician. I enjoyed a nice conversation with her as I got my gel mani/pedi. The rest of the staff was very accommodating as well. We went to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, so we a group of 5. They asked us to come in a little before opening so they could make sure we were all blend to get our nails done at the same time. The owner Steve was thoughtful and asked my mother for her phone to take pictures. We had a wonderful time at nail spa, and of course next time I am in town I will be back! read more

Giving it 1 star, because there's no option to give it none. I came in to get my acrylic nails removed and the man sanded my actual nails down to almost nothing. My nails are the weakest and most fragile they've ever been, look absolutely terrible, are warping, and now weeks later are still hurting and also becoming detached from my nail bed...I don't know if they'll ever reattach. Probably not. Cannot say strongly enough: DON'T go here. Save your poor nails. I can't believe I tipped someone to ruin my nails. read more

I really like this place! I dropped in here on a whim when the place I usually go to wasn't open on time. I walked in for a pedicure and was instantly tended to! The place is clean, and they have several pedicure chairs which I like. The lady that did my pedicure was friendly and did a great job. I especially loved the hot stone massage! It was by far the BEST pedicure I've had in a long time! The staff was very nice and very friendly! I was in need of a fill and they would have done it tonight but I had to go. They don't care about their regular customers. I was driving down from Viera for a fill from Lisa and a polish change on my toes. Everything is extra...want toenails cut?...extra...have long nails?....extra. The clincher was when the won't let you run the massage chair during the polish change. I finally walked out for the last time when I was early for my appointment and Lisa wasn't near being done with another client. After 15 minutes I left. Never to return. They are not friendly at all. They act like they're doing you a favor. There are a ton of nail joints that know what good customer service is!!!! read more

I have been going to nail spa for years! I love all the nail techs there, but Ivy and Steve (the owners) are just the best. I went in with a fancy design that I wanted for Independence day and Steve did a fabulous job. I couldnt be happier with the results. (I wish I could post a pic!) I suggest making an appointment as they sometimes get very busy, but they always try to do everything they can to handle walk-ins immediately. Give them a try! read more

Needed a place for mani and pedi quickly. Was able to walk in, not a long wait, friendly staff, clean, price is right and they have SNS nails which is breathable compared to gel or acrylic. Will definitely come again. read more

I never leave a review for nails... get mine done usually every month or so.. This is the first time I'm leaving a review for a nails place.. and there is a reason for it. I asked for an acrylic set which includes nails extensions. I never expected my nails would look so horrible (pic enclosed). The lady didn't bother to remove my cuticles.. even tho I asked for pointy nails which doesn't seem to be an issue anywhere else, some of my nails are pointy and some oval.. just see for yourself. I have been to this nail salon several times and have even referred people there. I was given a gift certificate which was expired by only 5 days. Two ladies were at the salon doing nothing and would not accept the gift certificate. They said they had to call the manager which they would not do at that time. They said to call back tomorrow and see if I could get in. I own my own small business and I do not believe this is the appropriate way to treat customers. I will not be going back and I will not be referring any other people to them. read more

Please do not go here. They over-charge and use cheap material. I paid $25 for a gel manicure (when i was told $20- they overcharged my mother who paid for it. We didn't realize until we left the place) and the gel was lifting in less than a week. The man put the color over the cuticles and thus causing it to lift. Please don't bother going here.
