Microblading is a semi permanent process using pigments that look very natural and add volume and lift for a natural looking brow. I was missing the front of my brows from over plucking she filled them in and gave them a better shape and lift! My eyebrows are still sore and it's been over 24 hours. Maybe I am sensitive ‍ The thing that really bothered me though was the girl didn't ask me before taking away half of my eyebrows. I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away. You can always do more but you can't undo what's already been done. The price is also a bit steep. I remember when eyebrows used to be $8-10. I paid $20 including a small tip. Overall, not the worst experience ever but I probably won't come back

I went in to my consultation a bit nervous and within minutes I knew this was the place for me. I decided to get my eyebrows microbladed literally right after my thorough consultation!!! (The consultation includes a standard questionnaire for safety guidelines and to make sure you're a candidate for the procedure.) With each step.... (numbing cream, eyebrow mapping, eyebrow clean up), Sissi was thorough with the explanation and handed me a hand held mirror to observe which I really appreciated!! The actual procedure was painless (for me, as everyone's pain level is different). My end result.... I AM IN LOVE with my new natural perfectly shaped brows!!!! I found out the woman who ignored me first is the manager and her name is Lauren. That's a shame. I've worked in retail as a store manager myself and I would never treat a customer that way and made sure my employees treated customers with respect. It's no wonder this store has so many one star reviews. They have a lazy manager leading them. If she's not going to put in the work, how does she expect her employees to do the same. I'm going to follow up with corporate about this. I doubt they'll do anything but at least they'll have on record a complaint has been filed against this poor excuse of a manager.
