    I took some time to really consider whether or not I wanted to write this review. Andrew, the…read moreowner, was very eager and motivated to earn my fiancé's and my business. He initially quoted us $950 for a "deep cleaning" plus carpet cleaning, then later texted and lowered the price to $750. The job was to deep clean a newly purchased home that we were moving into. The house had not been lived in for about 8 months, but it was fairly clean since it had been actively shown. It was not dirty. The entire reason for hiring a deep cleaning service was so I would not have to worry about cleaning ANYTHING before moving in. Andrew arrived with 2-3 other cleaners to clean an almost 2,000 sq ft home and finished in approximately 3-4 hours, including carpet cleaning. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. During the walkthrough, we pointed out several things that were missed such as dead bugs inside window tracks, dust above cabinets, stair railings and banisters, and cobwebs. Andrew addressed those items on the spot without any issue. However, once we started moving in and unpacking, we quickly realized how much had actually been missed. We were told that a "deep clean" meant EVERYTHING. IT WAS INDEED NOT. The entryway was untouched and full of dust. The master bathroom window and window sills were not cleaned. The master closet shelves were filthy and clearly never wiped down. The storage drawer beneath the stove was disgusting. I used multiple Clorox wipes just to get it clean. Under the bathroom sink was sticky from the previous owner and had not been cleaned at all. None of the tubs even appeared to have been cleaned. My fiancé reached out to Andrew, and he offered to come back two days later. By that point, even more missed areas had surfaced. I ended up cleaning everything myself, which completely defeated the purpose of paying $750 for a deep clean. I couldn't delay unpacking or bathing children just to wait for another visit. My fiancé contacted Andrew again regarding the additional issues, and he issued a partial refund of $250 via Apple Pay. I chose this company because the majority of Yelp reviews were very positive. I did notice some negative reviews but assumed they were outliers. Unfortunately, our experience aligned more with those. This review is not about Andrew personally. He was polite, positive, and had a great attitude. This is about the lack of a true DEEP CLEANING. Overall, I am deeply disappointed that we chose to go with this company.

    I would not recommend based on my experience…read more I initially reached out for a move-in cleaning and provided square footage, bedroom and bathroom details, as well as photos of the entire home. Based on that information, I was quoted a price range of $400-$650, which seemed reasonable, and I paid a $100 deposit to secure the appointment. After the deposit was paid, I was informed the updated cost would be $1,600--more than double the high end of the original estimate. I was told this was due to the number of windows and glass, as well as adding fridge and oven cleaning. While I understand that adding appliances can increase cost, photos of the entire home--including the windows--were already provided prior to the initial quote, which should have allowed for a more accurate estimate upfront. There was no walkthrough or new information provided after the deposit that would reasonably explain such a drastic increase. A price adjustment is one thing, but more than doubling the quoted range after a deposit has been collected is not a minor revision--it's a completely different price point. From my perspective, this created a bait-and-switch situation, where the lower estimate was used to secure the booking and deposit, followed by a substantial increase once payment had already been made. When I declined to move forward and requested my deposit back, I was told it would not be refunded because it had already been used for supplies. However, no service was ever performed, and those materials remain with the business and can be used for future clients. This situation is not about small changes to scope of work--it's about a SIGNIFICANT price increase after payment was collected. If a job has the potential to cost $1,600, that should be clearly communicated upfront before requesting a deposit. Overall, this experience felt misleading and lacked transparency. I strongly encourage others to get a firm, detailed quote in writing before paying any deposit.

She walked through every room with me and took notes as to what I needed done. The day of my scheduled cleaning she arrived on time with her awesome family team of two others. They all did an amazing job cleaning my house. (As I am getting ready to sell). I'm very happy with the results of their hard work and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a good cleaning that's reliable, honest, professional and hardworking.
