They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too. The service was for my 80 year old mother and they really took advantage. They said they'd been there and done the work when they hadn't. I was so frustrated--they ignored my emails, calls, everything. If it was just a few bucks, I would have let it go--lesson learned. However, it was over $1000. Luckily, a friend mentioned that you could file a claim on PayPal--which I did. It took some time to sort through the emails and take photos, but PayPal eventually reimbursed me every penny. I love PayPal as much as I dislike Chelyboo and their awful customer service. Some advice--STAY AWAY!!!! Call someone else or do it yourself.

They went above and beyond and did an excellent job cleaning. My house was in very bad shape since I am disabled and cannot do much, so the dust and grime has built up, but they tackled it and were extremely detailed! They even cleaned a few things that were not asked of them which I was very grateful for. I even had a few special requests because I have birds, so I required the use of a few non-toxic, pet-safe cleaners, which they gladly used instead of their own customary products. All of the communication with them has been timely, professional, and they send out reminders as well. I'm so glad I found them and will keep on utilizing their services!
