I mentioned…read moreI wanted to buy new carpets but Leon informed me that he cleaned carpets too and assured me that the carpets only needed a good cleaning. Leon and I agreed to having all the floors cleaned. I was convinced I needed new carpets but I was so mistaken. Leon made our carpets look like new. The tile floors were left looking like new too. Leon applied grout cleaner and managed to get everything to look amazing. I walked into the kitchen at one point to find Leon flat on his belly cleaning all of the baseboards. He's a perfectionist and a professional. He always aims to satisfy and make his customers happy. I'm one happy customer and by the looks of all of his reviews, there are lots of happy customers in our valley. Very Poor Experience…read more Had an empty, newly renovated home that I requested a 2-3 hour "move in" cleaning for, mainly the high traffic areas that hadn't been renovated i.e, Oven, bathrooms, baseboards, doorknobs, dusting, ect. All the usually neglected parts of the house and said don't worry about the floors. There was miscommunication from the office to staff, as well as the staff to myself, with the majority of the requested work not completed on top of damage done to the brand new counters and paint stripped in the bathrooms. I had to go and clean everything that was missed as well as make repairs. After reaching out to corporate, they determined a 100$ reimbursement was sufficient for a 400$ cleaning that caused damage in excess of 250$ to a brand new renovation. Would not hire this company again nor recommend them at all. *I went into the unit at the two hour mark and asked how it was going, was told one more hour. No where was I advised it would be a 4 hour cleaning until I went to pay at the end of 3 hours. When I called in to ask what hadn't been done since there was clearly a misunderstanding, I was told the team stated they hadn't done the floors, which I specifically said don't do, and that everything else was completed. An honest review is not a threat, and this company's miscommunication as stated cost me quite a bit of money and hassle, with the 100$ offered actually being quite insulting given the reality of what happened, not the misconstrued version corporate is pushing. Do better.
