When we sold the property, they sent a check to the estate. The estate account had been closed for over a year. I called , wrote to them, sent the appropriate ,legal documents, repeatedly and got no response. Even sent registered mail,which they acknowledged receiving, but did not respond. They owe us over $1500 which they are going to hold onto with absolutely no legal right. The obviously hold the cards, to hire an attorney to get this would cost more than the $1500, and they know it. Apparently, ethical and moral concepts are a foreign concept. But, if you're looking for unprincipled and unscrupulous? Wow, what a find!
