I'd order that again and just eat soup n bread there if I ever went again. My husband was not impressed by the stuffed manicotti. The cheese inside was not seasoned. Nothing impressive. We all received cannoli dessert. I didn't touch mine. Was not interested. The waitress /waiter were great. No complaints there. Ladies room was clean . We enjoyed the eggplant parm, chicken Romano and the kids pizza. The sauce is absolutely delicious and if you're a true foodie or Italian, you can tell it's not the "out of the can sauce". We were given an electronic gadget that buzzed when the food was ready, and we walked over a kitchen window to pick up our food, and they're have a return window for dirty plates once you're done. I got the Pittsburgh Salad which had standard salad items, but it also had banana peppers which I thought added a nice twang to it. I got honey mustard for the dressing and it was unique. It had a very noticeable taste of mustard which I liked. I got grilled chicken as the protein and the chicken was tender, juicy, and pretty tasty. Fries were on top of the salad and they were fine. My friend got the turkey BLT that had avocado on it, and my friend said it was pretty standard. Good service, decent food, and I think we'd both be fine with going back again.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took about 15 minutes for the host to seat us. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or if seating charts now require approval from NASA. Once seated, things didn't exactly improve. The burger was aggressively average, and the crispy chicken sandwich seemed determined to achieve the same level of mediocrity. Our server appeared to be participating in a game of hide-and-seek, disappearing for long stretches and forgetting about drink refills more than once. As for the famous "endless" sides? Technically true, I suppose, because we spent an endless amount of time waiting for a second serving that never arrived. In the end, the whole experience mirrored the Pittsburgh Mills Mall itself: lots of empty space, very little activity, and not much reason to come back.
