She called back within 30 mins. and told me she found a serviceman, Ryan, who could come out tomorrow. I was thankful as it was around 5pm when I called. Unfortunately, he needed to order parts which would take 2-3 days to arrive. Ryan returned with the new parts and swapped them out.
