I can't believe I've never reviewed here before! We have been coming to Geri for as long as I've filed my taxes. Our whole family has filed with her, and now that I'm married we continued to do so. I am so glad we do! Every year we hand off our paper after receiving our sheet with suggested docs and required docs to turn in. Once we hand it off, we know we can trust her to get all of the things done right. She even helps make suggestions to lesson the load of laying taxes at the end of the year by making small adjustments with withholding so it doesn't come out in a big chuck at the time of taxes. They are wonderful tax preparers. I had been going to them for years, over 15 years. But last tax season they sent me a scripted letter that they no longer could do my taxes. I was so hurt. My taxes were unremarkable every year. Noone called and told me why which would have been the most professional, but they have alot of clients and I understand. My sister still gets her taxes done there. So even though they are a quality organization, the way they handled that situation leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Sad too. read more

I kind of hate giving them a 5 star because that will only make it harder to get an appointment during tax season but I need to be on the elite game and stay true. First off, the sheer fact that they can get you in so quickly is awesome. It doesnt take for tax season to get me to make ana appointment si knowing this, I take full advantage of being able to call and have them do any and all accounting needs. I dont think I would go else for the fact that they have never steered me wrong in the least. And as a matter of fact I send folks here all the time and not for a.finders fee because they dont gsve kne, so honesty on their part is very much an attribute i look for when doing my taxes and accounting needs. It feels good to be able to count on them when a question arises and to be able to know that they will back you up with facts and years of experience. You can't go wrong at all. read more

First time customer and we will likely come back as it isn't much cheaper to do TurboTax or any other online software these days. While they are fast, you never get the feeling they are trying to push you out to get to the next customer. Definitely glad we gave them a try. And the office is so amusing with all the funny signs they have hanging on the wall....it's worth it to have them do your taxes just so you can read all the signs. read more

They paired us with Karen to help with some tax returns. You communicate through a central email so turnaround time and communication wasn't the best, but the job was done. We reached out again for help with a CP2000 notice from a prior year, and while Karen did offer some support, the communication was lacking and it was a real struggle to get the required response info. When that same CP2000 response was returned by the IRS for further clarification, we could not get a response or call back from Karen after several emails and phone calls. Emails and calls were received by their secretary and forwarded on, but she never reached out and just left me hanging. Needless to say, I cannot recommend the business as a result of my experience. read more

I was dealing with mary long time ago but this time was Sherin very rude person, it is the worst experience after 2 months told me when I ask her what is my status and how soon I will get my tax return will be done, she emailed me back she can not do my tax because a lot of conflict on my tax when I say not you have to do it, she calls me with the very bad attitude I will mail you back your doc, I told her what you did is very wrong she replayed with the high voice I will mail you back your documents, I never have bad experiences like that very bad, not even one star read more

And I quote maryanne "I messed up transmitting your taxes, get checks pay your taxes or don't I don't care, what do you want me to do beat my self about it".
